Pros:

We had a wonderful stay!
The room was clean and comfortable and having a washing machine was deeinitely useful. The staff is top notch, they helped us fix a major issue with our suitcase.

Pros:

Great location. Super clean and comfortable and close to tourists spot.

이 가격에 이만한 넓이의 숙소는 구하기 힘듭니다! 역까지의 거리가 살짝 있긴 해도, 새로운 곳을 여행할 때는 그 이동거리 마저도 다 추억이 될 거예요. 오사카는 2번, 그 외에도 교토, 삿포로 등 여러 곳을 여행 다녔는데요, 화장실 컨디션이 가장 좋은 곳이라고 자부할 수 있어요. 욕실이 정말 좋아요..! 셀프 체크인이라고는 안내받았는데, 막상 도착하니 안내직원이 계셨습니다. 참고해 주세요!

Pros:

La ubicación perfecta, a 15min caminando de la zona de dotombori, en una avenida principal con varios servicios y supermercados. El chico de recepción bastante agradable y con predisposición a ayudarte si le preguntabas algo.

Cons:

La falta de limpieza. Nada más llegar, ya vimos los cristales opacos antes de entrar al alojamiento. Al entrar, accedimos como a un hall, que es como una especie de bar de copas (nunca vi a nadie) y el olor era de poca limpieza. Al subir a la habitación, en el 9º piso, nada abrir la habitación nos llegó el mismo olor… tenía pavimento de moqueta, la cual olía fatal, a humedad y suciedad acumulada. Por más que abría las ventanas para ventilar la habitación y echaba ambientador, el olor no se iba… Viajaba con niños y cada vez que miraba los calcetines de los niños, había cabellos que no eran nuestros y suciedad de la moqueta que acababa por encima de las camas... Las sábanas de una de las camas también estaban sucias y con un olor desagradable. Las instalaciones un 10 en ubicación pero un 0 en limpieza. Cuando comunicamos al hotel el mal olor de la habitación, nos dijeron que habían visto por las cámaras que habíamos cogido toallas limpias de un carro que había en recepción. Éramos 6 personas (4 niños) nos dejaron muy pocas toallas y al entrar y ver el carro, las cogimos sin pensar que pudiese ser un problema, dado que habíamos preguntado y nos habían dicho que podíamos solicitarlas cuando las necesitásemos pero el personal no estaba durante todo el día. Prueba de ello es que sabíamos que habían cámaras en recepción y por supuesto no nos escondimos para cogerlas, al final, las íbamos a usar durante nuestra estancia. Nuestra sensación fue que nos indicaron eso para contrarrestar la importancia de lo que les estábamos trasladando nosotros, que era la falta de higiene y limpieza en las instalaciones. Si priorizas la limpieza a la hora de hospedarte en un hotel, este no es el hotel más adecuado.

Staff was super nice , Fredrick was extremely helpful and kind . The facilities were easy to understand and use. The bedroom was comfortable , having a washing machine was a great amenity. Would highly recommend the facility.

I honestly have no complaints. The price was just right, it didn't feel like a low budget stay . All the way a very pleasant experience, lovely restaurants close by , nice neighborhood, dotonbori nightlife and neon lights were close by. What a great start to my Japanese experience. Not to mention how kind everyone is not only at the hotel but in general . A mention to the lovely sake bar at the hotel big plus

Ubicación: cerca de Dotombori para ir andando. Pero para ir con las maletas (lloviendo en nuestro caso) algo alejado de las estaciones de metro.
Lavadora y secadora de ropa en la ducha.
Precio, muy económico.

Cons:

Limpieza: encontramos un tapón de los oídos y un papel de probar perfumes de los anteriores inquilinos. Sábanas rotas.
Olor del wc muy desagradable.
Habitación tripe deluxe: realmente es una habitación doble que han convertido en triple con el sofá cama, por lo que la cocina queda inservible porque no tienes dónde sentarte a comer o desayunar. Quisimos hacer un upgrade porque había una habitación mejor doponible pero ellos no podían y booking no nos dejó. No había un tendedero para tender la ropa en la.zona de ducha a pesar de tener secadora de techo.
Poca presión en el agua de la ducha.
