Ubicación: cerca de Dotombori para ir andando. Pero para ir con las maletas (lloviendo en nuestro caso) algo alejado de las estaciones de metro.
Lavadora y secadora de ropa en la ducha.
Precio, muy económico.

Cons:

Limpieza: encontramos un tapón de los oídos y un papel de probar perfumes de los anteriores inquilinos. Sábanas rotas.
Olor del wc muy desagradable.
Habitación tripe deluxe: realmente es una habitación doble que han convertido en triple con el sofá cama, por lo que la cocina queda inservible porque no tienes dónde sentarte a comer o desayunar. Quisimos hacer un upgrade porque había una habitación mejor doponible pero ellos no podían y booking no nos dejó. No había un tendedero para tender la ropa en la.zona de ducha a pesar de tener secadora de techo.
Poca presión en el agua de la ducha.

A comfortable and well-equipped stay in a great location, perfect for exploring Osaka.
Pros:

The staff was very kind and helpful throughout our stay. The room was clean, comfortable, tidy, and surprisingly spacious. A special bonus was the kitchen and the balcony, which are quite rare to find in this area.

The hotel is in a great location: Dotonbori, several metro stations, and many convenience stores (konbini) are just a few minutes' walk away. Despite being close to everything, the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, allowing for a good night's rest after a day of sightseeing.

Namba and Shinsaibashi are also within walking distance, which made getting around and exploring the city very convenient.

We were very satisfied with our stay, and everything exceeded our expectations. If you are looking for a comfortable, well-equipped hotel near the city center but away from the noise, we highly recommend this place.

A személyzet rendkívül kedves és segítőkész volt a teljes tartózkodásunk alatt. A szoba tiszta, rendezett és meglepően tágas volt. Külön pozitívum a saját konyha és az erkély, ami ritkaságnak számít ezen a környéken.

A hotel kiváló elhelyezkedésű: Dotonbori, több metróállomás és számos konbini is pár perc sétára található. Ennek ellenére egy csendes, nyugodt utcában helyezkedik el, így a városnézés után kellemes pihenést biztosít.

A Namba és Shinsaibashi környéke szintén könnyen gyalogosan elérhető volt, ami jelentősen megkönnyítette a közlekedést és a város felfedezését.

We had an excellent stay.
Pros:

I like that the rooms are clean. It's close to Namba station, 10 min to metro and Dotonbori. Near convenience stores( 7-11, family mart) and a small bakery that sells good bread.

Cons:

Please add a mirror in the room. No cleaning of room.

Отличные кровати. Одеяла и подушки очень комфортные. Есть стиральная машина и порошку на 2 стирки. Большой холодильник и кухня.

near enough to namba center but with just enough separation.

nice layout. don't think I would dare cook in the unit. it is way to clean

too.many.cards of rules and fines laid out in your face. printed binder could be put together could be sent to a graphics house. better way of saying please behave and act.like grownup. seem aggressive

Great location, but don't expect a full hotel experience. More like an Airbnb.
Pros:

The Nico Hotel was a short 10 minute walk away from the major attractions like Dotonburi/Kuromon Market/Shinsaibashi and etc. You're near the action, but far away enough that it is quiet in the evening to rest away from the noise.

Cons:

It is apartment style, so no daily house cleaning. You can ask the reception (only there during the day) for extra towels and garbage bags. They also do not accept luggage deliveries or an arrange transport for you.
