The staff and Manger were very helpful. The staff was exceptional with a very positive attitude and cheerful. the location is perfect and in the middle of everywhere you need to go.
The hotel is going through a name change and has three different names, when showing up the name of the hotel was one name but when you walk in ad check in it was for the booking name, but when billed it was a third name. the towels, wash rags and hand rags all contained many stains even though we exchanged them three different times. the breakfast was not pleasant at all, soupy eggs, stale bread, coffee was not good at all. In order to get clean sheets, towels or anything you had to call and request for them to come do anything such as toilet paper. we stayed for over two weeks and would have figured they would come check on the room. the bathtub was disgusting as it had burn marks on it the slip pad was coming up with some black stuff coming from underneath, the bath soap Despensers never were or got filled. we had to go buy out own bathing products. without ranting on I would suggest paying few extra dollars
The nice lady at the front.
The headboard had a hole in it, no toiletries in the room, dirty tub, stained sheets and comforter. Pool was broke and closed.
We didn't even stay it was so bad.
Requested our $$$ back but management has not responded.
💯
Nothing wrong
It was a place to sleep. They did have a great breakfast!
Too much furniture; bedding had HOLES in it and CIGARETTE BURN MARKS! There was a full refrigerator in the room also, along with the usual mini fridge. IT WAS SO HOT in the room!! Had to call front desk to complain that the air conditioning wasn’t working and THEN was told that it was operated by a THERMOSTAT! That should have been mentioned when we checked in!
Era comodo
Que no respetaron el precio online
Location & parking space is good
Cleaning issues,bugs & cockroaches on bed , pillow & floor,shower gels,shampoo conditioner were empty
super dirty, and just overall not a great stay but great for the price
i wish the tub and shower was more cleaner
I checked into a hotel that was listed as Travelodge by Wyndham Gardens in Amarillo. Upon arrival, I found that the property was actually operating as La Quinta Inn, which was confusing and misleading.
The check-in experience was not very welcoming. The front desk employee informed me that my room was located in a completely different building, which was unexpected and inconvenient
When I entered the room, I was immediately met with a strong, unpleasant odor. It was obvious that the room had not been cleaned properly before my arrival. The floor was dirty, with visible stains and sticky spots, and there were spider webs throughout the room. I also found food crumbs that clearly had not been cleaned up from a previous guest.
The bedding was in unacceptable condition. Both the comforter and the sheets had visible stains, and the sheets appeared wrinkled and as though they had not been freshly changed. The bathroom towels also had stains on them. The hairdryer provided in the room was completely broken, and one of the most disturbing discoveries was finding two used bars of soap left in the shower from previous occupants.
In addition, there were numerous flies and other insects inside the room. The main entry door did not seal properly, leaving a noticeable gap that allowed hot air to enter the room and conditioned air to escape.
Beyond the condition of the room itself, the surrounding property did not feel safe, which made the overall experience even more uncomfortable.
I have traveled extensively throughout the United States and internationally, including stays in many developing countries, and I can honestly say this was THE poorest hotel experience I have ever had. The condition of the room fell well below basic cleanliness and hospitality standards, and I would not recommend this property to anyone. (wouldn’t even offer any sort of refund or compensation)
The property is unkempt, old needs to be updated. Dusty, dirty tub hair and dead bug on beds.
AC is full of dust. Smells bad . Woke up to throat hurting.
The bed was good and the A/C worked
Lumpy pillows, rough wash cloths, very thin toilet paper. 1st room toilet broken. 2nd room keys didn’t work the 2nd night and no clean towels were brought for 2nd night. Ice machine was dead in our building.
