The location and the bed is good!
Pros:

The location is absolutely great! And the staff is also kind! Free serve ice cream and ramen is also a plus!

Tout était bien, grande chambre et confortable
Petite collation offerte (pâte ou glace) vers 21h30 - 23h

Cons:

Pas d’eau fournie dans la chambre et seulement une fontaine vers la réception. Mais c’est un détail.

excellent emplacement et séjour agreable.
Pros:

Nous avons aimé l'emplacement, l'accueil du personnel.

Cons:

l'agencement de la chambre pour accéder au lit. l'attente pour le petit déjeuné suite à un grand groupe présent dans l’hôtel (malgré que le personnel était attentif)

Hotel bom, quarto pequeno mas no padrão Japão. Fomos bem recebidos. Quarto e banheiro limpos. Sopa de cortesia.

Cons:

Isolamento acústico do banheiro poderia ser melhor e poderia ter um pouco mais de espaço, mas para uma estadia curta, funciona.

Emplacement au top pour découvrir le château de Matsumato , personnel adorable , oubliez juste le petit déjeuner

Cons:

- le petit déjeuner industriel et immangeable
- l’hôtel accueillant des bus, beaucoup d’attente pour le petit déjeuner même si le système d’attente est bien organisé

Good stopover
Pros:

The location was great as close enough to the station and within walking distance to the castle and restaurants. The welcome was nice and the counter of toiletries in reception is always an added bonus. A very nice clean and moden hotel.

Cons:

Nothing really just the most expensive hotel on our stay and the second smallest room. All good for us as just passing through for 1 night but would like larger if staying longer.

朝食の種類が多くて地元を意識していていい

Cons:

夕方の飲み放題でフリーのビアの時間を荷物預けた時に教えて欲しかった。19：02にチエックインして，とても残念でした。言って欲しかった。もしくはビールとか，アルコールもらいたい

Happy camper
Pros:

It is a smallish boutique style hotel, close to the railway station and a nice walk to the castle.
Also a bonus of Ramen or ice cream from 8-10pm free of charge every night.

Cons:

Rooms a bit small, but you're there to sleep in not live.
Otherwise a lovely place.
