余計な干渉はないが、やって欲しい事がしっかりされている事。朝ごはんが美味しく、スタッフの対応が、良い朝のスタートを後押ししてくれる感じだった。

the staff were very accommodating to me giving me an extra 4 hours to check out when i needed it and also helped when my room keys were lost or not working. the beds were amazingly soft and comfortable and the bidets worked really well. there is a family mart near by, like right next door basically, and it was my go to for food.
there was nothing i didn't like it was all amazing. one thing i would point out is they mentioned there is a vending machine on the first floor. while i didn't need it due to how close family mart was, i didn't see one around while i was in the lobby,

Consigliatissimo. Ci tornerò sicuramente.

La ubicación: está a dos minutos andando de la Estación de Komagome, donde está la Yamanote Line de Jr, linea con la que se puede ir a los lugares imprescindibles de la ciudad.
El servicio de limpieza del hotel también es estupendo.
Aunque las habitaciones no son muy grandes, a mí me pareció muy cómoda tanto la cama como el baño, y hay espacio para guardar un par de maletas grandes bajo la cama y algo más. Tiene un tocador con espejo, silla y todos los días te dan café soluble. Objetivamente la habitación está muy bien.
El personal. Nos ocurrió algo horrible. Mi pareja tiene que inyectarse medicación semanalmente porque tiene una enfermedad crónica. Esa medicación debe estar refrigerada. Llegamos sobre las 12 del mediodía simplemente para dejar en consigna las maletas e irnos, ya que el checkin no era hasta las 3 de la tarde. Les dijimos que por favor nos guardaran en algún frigorífico la medicación, ya que las placas de hielo estaban empezando a dejar de enfriar al estar activas desde que salimos del otro hotel en Kioto sobre las 9 de la mañana. Nos dijeron un no rotundo, nos mintieron diciendo que no tenían frigorífico del personal y cuando les pedí hablar con el gerente el empleado se metió en un cuarto donde solo se le escuchaba reírse con otra persona, con el mal rato que estábamos pasando nosotros. Nuestra habitación ya estaba limpia porque nos lo dijeron, únicamente queríamos usar algún frigorífico, el que fuera, porque si la medicación se estropea mi pareja podría verse en un serio problema. Como no hablaban nada de inglés, me pasaron con una intérprete al teléfono y lo único que me decía es que entendiera que estaba en otro país y que su mentalidad no era igual que la mía. Que si quería usar el frigo tenía que pagar la 4000 yenes por hacer el checkin dos horas antes de lo previsto, algo más de la mitad de lo que costaba una noche. La falta de empatía, la frialdad y que el gerente no me miró a la cara ni una vez cuando salió nos hizo pasar uno de los peores ratos de mi vida porque estaba viendo que se iba a estropear la medicación. En todos los sitios en los que estuve las semanas previas (Okinawa, busan, Fukuoka, Osaka, Mijayima, Kioto...) no hubo ningún problema, al revés, querían ayudarnos y buscaban siempre o el frigo del personal o del restaurante si es que lo tenían. Es lo normal, es una medicación súper importante, no un sándwich o una botella de Champagne.
Fue una experiencia horrible, están robotizados en ese hotel.
