Ate Cindy is the epitome of Filipino hospitality. She was highly generous and accommodating. She requested a microwave and extra towels for me and my family sent to our room without my even asking. She has excellet customer service and is very personable. Thank you so much!
Great location except that was not the location I asked reservations for. I asked for 3601 Atlantic avenue ocean front room and reservations put me at 335 independence blvd Va beach Va .
The hotel was a hit with me and my son. Great price, super kind and helpful staff. A bar for mom and an amazing breakfast for son. Plus the pool was the highlight of the trip. Everything was clean, quiet and spacious. Book here, you will be so glad like us !

Overall the experience was mediocre. The room, linen and towels had a stale odor. I also found long strands of hair on my pillow and towel. I reserved a standard room and was given a handicap accessible room. The complimentary breakfast was praise worthy.
Comfortable, professional and clean. Also it's in a great location! A hop skip and jump to see the Norfolk Tides! Very nice spot near the beach and attractions.
The cleanliness, family friendly, welcoming environment of the hotel. Our room smelled fresh and clean. The free breakfast had a variety of healthy food made fresh and always refilled! The staff at the front desk and the kitchen staff were so nice and friendly.

We were in town for a concert and had never stayed at this location before, but I can highly recommend Hyatt Place Town Center for cleanliness, quiet location, and wonderful staff. There's also a convenient and very nice shopping center right across the street. Beds and pillows were comfortable and the bathroom was modern and spotless. Would definitely stay here again.
The hotel was very clean and the room we stayed in was very spacious. We were a family of four and had a room with 2 Queen beds and a pull out sofa that made a difference for everyone to sleep comfortably. Hotel was conveniently located to several dining places and shopping and not too far from the beach area. Getting around in the VA Beach area was very convenient. Definitely would stay at this hotel again when visiting VA Beach.

Kitchen sink did not have running water, they locked the room air temp. which is not good for a menopausal woman.

Our go-to place to stay every time we are in the area. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are spacious and nice, the complimentary breakfast is above and beyond others we have had at other hotels, and the staff was very kind. Location is central to everything. Thank you for a great stay!
We had an excellent stay! Cindy, the breakfast supervisor, was very accommodating and welcoming. The breakfast selection each day was wonderful, with plenty of great options to choose from. We truly enjoyed our stay and appreciate the excellent service!
Great fresh fruit at breakfast as well as silverware (not plastic), ceramic plates. Shower had great water pressure.
Overpriced, no microwave in room, none at breakfast room to warm pastries, bare minimum in-room cable, in room phone system also poor (tried calling front desk but kept cutting off). Asked housekeeping just for towels, didn't need to service room. When we returned, the room was serviced, however no towels. Poorly lit overall, older folks need more lighting.
