Pros:

This place has an amazing breakfast included in the stay. It includes eggs, sausage and hot oatmeal, in addition to the usual continental fare. It also had really comfortable beds.

Cons:

The room was a little small and there was a lack of hooks. Only one elevator for the entire hotel meant sometimes we had to wait or take the stairs.

I enjoyed my stay, had a comfortable sleep. Woke up refreshed. It was great.
Pros:

It was clean and fresh and comfortable. Not as close to downtown Fredericton as I thought, but it was a short drive. Breakfast had a lot of options and there was plenty of room for guests, not over crowded during that time.

Pros:

Location was ok for my purpose but not near any amenities. The breakfast room was decent.

Cons:

Inexperienced staff were left alone with zero knowledge on how to problem solve and were not able to contact anyone with the ability to help us with our late check in.
