Our door would shut well. We had to push it very hard as it drug against the floor. Bathroom was not clean.

Pros:

Le personnel à l’accueil a été très professionnel et a pris le temps de m’expliquer les raisons d’un changement de chambre qui était tout à fait justifié. Endroit bien situé, propre, bien équipé. Le lit et la literie étaient hyper confortable sans parler des œufs brouillés délicieux.

The breakfast was good and the staff very friendly snd helpful. We got an upgrade due to noise

Even though we were upgraded to a quieter room, there was late night noise in the next room. It had nothing to do with the hotel but other inconsiderate guests

All in all very pleasant, clean and comfortable!!
Pros:

We got an upgrade and points when we realised the room had no heat.

Cons:

Changing rooms was inconvenient, but not really a huge deal. It took is 5 min to move our stuff.
