Ok für Städtetrip ohne viel Erwartungen
Pros:

Die Größe des Hotelszimmer war gut für den Preis. Die Lage war auch ganz gut, nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß zum Seven Eleven und ca. 20min zu Iconsiam.

Cons:

Im Bad waren noch Haare und Schmutz, die Matratzen waren sehr hart, das Hotel war insgesamt sehr hellhörig, die Türen wurden zu geknallt, sodass es relativ laut war. Unser Hotelzimmer hatte zwar einen kleinen Balkon, allerdings durfte man dort nicht rauchen.

Friendly staff and clean, but very poor room quality and completely unrealistic pricing. I would not stay here again.
Pros:

The staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. The hotel was also clean, and the lobby is nicely decorated, with a pleasant little bar area.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the rooms are a completely different story. The overall feeling is more like a converted garage than a hotel room: exposed structural elements, extremely basic finishes, cheap furniture, harsh fluorescent-style lighting, a very uncomfortable mattress, poor-quality stiff bed linen and even a cheap plastic bathroom door. The room felt cold, unfinished and not welcoming at all.

What disappointed me most was the pricing. Booking.com showed an original price of around 2,300 THB per night, heavily discounted to around 1,000 THB. Having stayed there, I find 2,300 THB completely unrealistic for the standard of the room. Even at the discounted price, the quality is below what I would expect. There are well-known budget hotels in the same area offering a much better standard, sometimes including breakfast, for around 1,600 THB.

The cleanliness and staff were good, but the comfort, materials, lighting and overall quality of the room were extremely poor. The advertised price and “discount” created expectations that the actual accommodation simply did not meet.
