6 Star luxury in a 19th Century vintage icon.
Pros:

It is a stunning, vintage hotel. The spirits of Rudyard Kipling, Somerset Maughan , and yet 21st century amenity.Service is in a class of its own. Efficient, but gloriously generous and friendly. The Guest Suites are 100% Luxe and yet exude the charm of yesteryear. We stayed here in 3 Suites for a week as a family vacation and loved every minute. The food is excellent, and the charm of The Tiffin Room and The Courtyard have retained their historical connection.

Cons:

It’s an expensive place to stay. We thought worthwhile.

Luxuriously comfortable 😍
Pros:

Cons:

At check in my credit card was taken I assumed for pre approval, without telling me the amount my card was blocked for over £1000 - Not a huge problem but had I been told I would have used a different card. My next stop was the Four Seasons who told me up front the amount they needed to pre approve

Excellent stay in a Historical Hotel with a lot of Character
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent. The spread was good. The food was well cooked.
The Laksa was great. Service was responsive.
We enjoyed the butler service of Saddam.

Cons:

It would help if prices were a little lower.

Incredible stay
Pros:

Staying at Raffles has been a dream of mine since I was a teenager; and it didn't disappoint.
The suite was stunning and the attention to detail incredible - the Singapore Slings on arrival, the chocolate, thoughtfully curated minibar, the kindness of the leather bookmark popped in my book. Just beautiful.
The room itself was immaculate, the bed was so comfortable, the chargers in the bedside drawers so clever, the Dyson hairdryer a dream. The bath and shower were luxurious.
The chairs outside on the terrace were so comfortable.
We did the history tour and it was AMAZING, I highly recommend to everyone.
Pool area and bar lovely.
Staff all wonderful.
Food in the Tiffin Room DELICIOUS.

Cons:

Breakfast was overpriced for what was on offer in my opinion, but that really is just picking holes. Staying here is expensive, but the hotel is INCREDIBLE and if you're thinking about staying - just do it.
