Leider bin ich am Tag der geplanten Anreise noch in Deutschland erkrankt und musste stationär im Krankenhaus aufgenommen werden. Obwohl ich nicht mehr die Möglichkeit hatte proaktiv Bescheid zu geben oder rechtzeitig zu stornieren, erkundigte sich das Hotel am nächsten Tag bei mir für den Grund der Nicht-Anreise. Das Hotel stellte keinerlei Entgelt in Rechnung, auch keine Stornierungsgebühr oder Ähnliches. Das war zumindest ein kleines Trostpflaster für den verpassten Urlaub und die fehlende Reiserücktrittsversicherung.

We did not get what we paid for - wouldn't recommend it to any friend
Pros:

We found a place to stay for our short-time business trip away from civilization. However, we found fair and decent environment to spent at least 1 hour for our outdoor workout session.

Cons:

The tiny and uncomfortable room did absolutely not meet our expectations. Moreover, the breakfast was overrun by guests between 8 - 9:30 a.m.. So we organized ourselves to spent our breakfast time after 9:30 a.m.

The view from my room was amazing and I really liked the interior of the room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also good/lots of variety.

Pros:

Excellent séjour ! L’hôtel est idéalement situé, avec une superbe vue. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et varié, il y en a pour tous les goûts. Le personnel est très sympathique, accueillant et toujours disponible. Je recommande sans hésitation !

Pleasant
Pros:

Breakfast was great, the room was fine but cleanliness not that great. No dinner

Cons:

The bar closed at 11 which as just a little bit too early. The clientele were mainly over 65/70 and the resort was awful with nothing to do, three restaurants and one bar!

Pros:

Funcionários muito educados e atenciosos. De frente para a praia e a vista condiz com as fotos. Tudo muito limpo, café da manhã muito bom. Hot não tem estacionamento, mas há um estacionamento público gratuito a apenas 1 quadra de distância.

A lovely stay in a great hotel offering real value for money.
Pros:

We had a sea facing room with a balcony and a lovely view over the beach to the little island and restaurant beyond. The buffet dinner and breakfast were both varied and generous. Staff were always helpful and very pleasant.

Pros:

Great location, staff Great, rooms were as stated. Great selection of food for breakfast. Taxi rank opposite the reception. Bus stop 200m down the road. Ticked all the boxes for us. Price reasonable as well.

Exceptional stay. We loved it. Was a shame about the cigarette/cigar smoke from next door.

Supernettes Personal, fantastische Lage, überaus zuvorkommender Poolboy

Cons:

Zimmer etwas zu klein. Kosmetiktücher im Bad wären nett gewesen. Im Restaurant leider nicht alle Speisen deklariert, für Allergiker leider nicht so ideal, man musste immer explizit nachfragen.
