Fijn verblijf om de stad te verkennen

Netjes, schoon, goed ontbijt, rustige ligging.

Cons:

De kussens waren veel te dun. En jammer dat er geen waterkoker was.

Als Hotel kann ich es nicht weiterempfehlen - auch wenns vergleichsweise günstig ist.
Pros:

Haben nicht gefrühstückt - Preis/Leistung zu teuer

Cons:

Das Zimmer ist eigentlich viel zu klein - da wären ein paar Quadratmeter mehr notwendig.
Badtücher in Hülle und Fülle - ist absolut unnötig für ein paar Tage.
Das das Hotel nicht einmal über Steckdosenadapter verfügt.
Das Desinteresse der Rezeption - aber sofort bezahlen, bevor man schon das Zimmer bezogen hatte.

Sehr negativ ist die Stornierungspolitik: wir haben ein Doppel und ein Einzelzimmer reserviert, Da mein Schwager akut ins Krankenhaus musste, habe ich versucht, das eine Zimmer zu stornieren. No way. Habe die Zentrale angerufen: das entscheidet das Hotel vor Ort. Ich bin vor Ort persönlich gewesen, 1 Woche vorher. Schulterzucken.... das ist unmöglich, unhöflich, unprofessionell. Diese Kette sieht uns nie wieder

Schönes Zimmer, alles unkompliziert, super Lage in Berlin . Sind schon das zweite mal dort Gast gewesen.

Cons:

Eine Flasche Wasser auf dem Zimmer wäre sehr nett.
