Sehr freundliches hilfsbereites Personal, gute, ruhig Lage, Zimmer eher klein, aber freundlich, sachlich, funktional eingerichtet, gutes Badezimmer, sauber. Sehr gutes Frühstück.

Cons:

Sehr weiche, 'fluffige' Kopfkissen, auf Nachfrage gab's ein etwas festeres....

Pros:

Som altid det foretrukne hotel i Berlin. Perfekt beliggenhed, skøn morgenmadsbuffet og det sødeste, servicemindede personale. Derfor altid dette hotel til mine ture til Berlin. Der mangler virkelig ikke noget. Som bonusinfo er det et must at besøge Dudu 31. Et af de bedste spisesteder i Berlin. Lokationen er direkte ved siden af hotellet.

Perfekte Lage, an der Ausstattung gibt es Optimierungsbedarf
Pros:

Absolut perfekte Lage in Berlin Charlottenburg! Kurfürstendamm, viele Geschäfte und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe, auch die öffentliche Verkehrsanbindung ist perfekt. Das Hotel liegt trotzdem ruhig, ein wenig von der Straße versetzt, deshalb dringt keinerlei Verkehrslärm durch. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, das Bett bequem, Kissen und Bettwäsche hochwertig.

Cons:

Im Bad gibt es kaum Ablagemöglichkeiten für Kosmetika etc., auch für die Handtücher gab es keine Haken - wir mussten sie im Zimmer deponieren. Es wäre ein Leichtes, hier entsprechend nachzusteuern.
Unter dem Laken lag eine Art Plastikfolie zum Schutz der Matratze. Das erzeugt ein unangenehmes, feuchtes Schlafklima. Schade, denn die Bettwäsche selber war sehr angenehm.

Pros:

The hotel is located in Charlottenburg, a calm and quiet area in Berlin. There is a bus stop near the hotel, and the accessibility to the city center is good. And there is also a S-Bahn station nearby, and you can take S9 which directly goes to Berlin Brandenburg Airport.
Staff are friendly and nice. Breakfast is buffet-style and delicious. I can recommend this hotel.

Cons:

I think you have to tell the staff when you need room cleaning or changing towels.

Angenehm, super Frühdtücksbuffet.
Pros:

Ich kenne das Haus noch aus der Zeit als es eröffnet wurde, ich mochte es immer. Es liegt Super und das Preis Leistungsverhältnis passt. Es kommt auch eher wie ein nettes kleines Hotel daher. Schön dass es das noch gibt!

Cons:

Kein Schuhlöffel im Zimmer

Location was great.

Cons:

I didn't see in the add for the hotel that there is no car park associated with the hotel. We had to pay a lot of money for a car park which wasn't that close by. It probably was stated somewhere in the add, but nothing which I saw straight away. Very dissapointing!!!!
