First impressions
Pros:

Our room was clean

Cons:

The manager James was extremely rude. Not just to us but I watched him with other patrons and he was very unprofessional. He had his nails painted and wore earrings and a rainbow sweater and had his beard braided. Not professionally dressed.

We have extreme allergies to dogs and cats. The listing had no reference to pets. When I checked in, the front desk attendant stated that there almost never were pets on the 4th floor. A half hour after we checked in, we were greeted by a group with 2 large golden retrievers. I had severe reaction to the animal dander in the elevator. Very unhappy.

A nice quick comfortable stay
Pros:

The hotel was nice and clean. Area seemed safe and had a space to walk the dog. The staff was friendly and helpful.

I didn't stay there, my daughter did. She says it was fine.
Pros:

I booked this room for my daughter's drive back to college, but these silly review requests pester you until you relent. I didn't stay there so NONE of these questions are relevant.

Nice and adequate for its purpose.
Pros:

Easy to get to, parking good and breakfast ok. Walking distance to a few bars and food. Bus to downtown just outside.

Cons:

No pool, this was closed and not advertised.

Horrible staff, bad location, do not stay here
Pros:

The breakfast was okay. The room was pretty clean and not too old, but I was only there a very short time. The location was a bit sketchy and unsafe feeling.

Cons:

The staff were absolutely horrible to me and incompetent. I drove all day and arrived around 1am, the man behind the desk told me check-in was at 3pm and that the day was closed out so he couldn’t do anything. I was exhausted and it took me and three others to finally get him to give us the rooms we had booked and paid for for the night, it was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel

Semplice ma accogliente
Pros:

Abbiamo preso la camera king, il letto era enorme e molto comodo. Mi è piaciuta tantissimo la colazione. La struttura è dotata di tutti i comfort: palestra, parcheggio gratuito, lavanderia, acqua a disposizione, saponi e creme nel bagno. Pulizia ottima.

Cons:

L'aspetto dell'hotel non è il massimo, a colpo d'occhio sembra vecchio e sporco ma in realtà non è così. La stanza era un po' buia.
