Las sábanas dejan mucho que desear: la primera noche, no pudimos dormir de lo duras y rasposas que eran. Por la mañana pedí que las cambiaran, y nos pusieron sábanas de algodón bonitas. Me dieron una excusa extraña, que ponían esas sábanas feas por temas de alergias, pero en ningún momento indiqué que teníamos alergias, con lo cual simplemente nos arruinaron esa noche. Al irnos, nos enteramos que teníamos el desayuno incluido, algo que tampoco me dijeron cuando hice el check in. No era la primera vez que me quedaba y no sentí que nos trataran como merecen los clientes recurrentes. No me dejaron con ganas de volver lamentablemente.

Nuestra estadia en el Wellington fue encantador...El buffet es MUY completo y delicioso! Hay una sección con productos Gluten-free.
La atención de todo el personal de recepción, los porteros, los del comedor y del club concierge fuera de serie!
Nuestra habitación espaciosa y limpia.
La ubicación no pudo haber sido mejor..en el corazón de Salamanca con excelentes ofertas gastronómicas muy cerca.
En resumen, volveríamos al Wellington!

Lo unico pudiera ser que ya los muebles, aunque bien mantenidos, pudieran renovarlos.
