Cons:

Neusluzno usoblje, nema rucnika, spremacice do 15:30 nisu pospremile sobu. Rezervirali smo tri noci greskom umjesto dvije, nitko nam nije htio pomoci prepraviti rezervaciju ili ponuditi bilokakvu protuvrijednu uslugu. Boravak nije bio ugodan jer su stalno postojali problemi koje nitko nije htio rjesavati. Kofere nitko ne pomogne odnjeti u sobu. Razocarani smo.

Wonderful, but sunlounges on the beach are expensive
Pros:

fast checking provided by lovely staff member. they informed us of all times as well as wifi password. the room was very spacious and had a lovely large balcony overlooking the sea and pool. we had a family room which meant daughter had her own space. the sofa was however uncomfortable for her as it bends in the middle. with her using it as a single person, she was able to change her direction and that wasn't a large issue. The bathroom was great with a separate shower as well as a bath. Our bed was very large which meant we both got amazing sleep and our own bed now seems too small haha.
Breakfast was good, enough to choose from with juices as well as coffee on tap! Breakfast does get busy but staff is good at replacing eaten foods as well as clearing tables. We opted in for half board and although the dinner choice was not vast, the food was of very good taste and enough even for picky eaters! i especially enjoyed a bowl of soup as my starter every night! Beach was a short 1 minute walk from the hotel, and it has amazing beach for people with limited or even no mobility! they have a water hoist as well as path with railings to get in and out of water. it is clearly enjoyed by many elderly and disabled people. on the other side of the small pier is a normal beach with small stones, a bar and very clear water.
We both enjoy Gym and it was one of the best equipped gyms we have ever had in hotels. However, it would be nice if it opened earlier than breakfast as we are both early risers and like to go to gym 1st thing in the morning.

Cons:

the price of sunlounges on the beach is extortionate. as a family of 3 costing 60 euros for a day is very steep! if the hotel would like to target British tourists, i think they should create a concession for their guests, where a voucher could be obtained. Considering there were a few British families there at the time we were, i think most felt that was a massive rip off.
