Je suis déçu de mon séjour à votre hôtel. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons constaté que la chambre attribuée n'avait pas la vue sur mer promise. Au lieu de cela, nous avions une vue latérale sur la mer et une vue sur les chantiers et les bâtiments voisins. Nous avons demandé un changement de chambre, mais on nous a répondu que l'hôtel était complet et qu'il fallait revenir le lundi. Lorsque nous sommes revenus, on nous a proposé une chambre vue sur mer, mais avec un supplément de 50 euros par nuit, ce que j'ai refusé de payer puisque j'avais réservé une chambre vue sur mer. Le personnel de la réception était désagréable et non professionnel.

Pros:

Miła obsługa szczególnie kelnerzy i obsługa kuchni, recepcji. Rewelacyjna sala fitness, sauny. Lokalizacja idealna przy plaży, obok duży parking, niedaleko market, klimatyczne restauracje oraz boiska i place zabaw przy promenadzie.

Brak wody w lunchboxie. Reszta Super.

Pros:

Location is great , facilities are also really good and they let you use the wellness club after checkout, which was very helpful as we checked out at 11 but didn’t have to leave till 3 - so we managed to go to the beach , pool, come back, shower and change and head off. Breakfast was also very good. Rooms were spacious and accommodated me and two kids really well.

Nasz pobyt w hotelu Amphora w Splicie był wspaniały i z całego serca polecamy to miejsce.

Szczególne podziękowania należą się Pani z recepcji, która mówi po polsku. Dzięki jej ogromnemu zaangażowaniu udało się sprowadzić kurierem moją walizkę, którą przez pomyłkę zostawiłam w poprzednim hotelu. To była dla mnie ogromna pomoc.

Kolejna sytuacja tylko utwierdziła nas w przekonaniu, że pracują tu wyjątkowi ludzie. Wieczorem, podczas kolacji w restauracji na dachu, zostawiłam torebkę z pieniędzmi. Dopiero następnego dnia zorientowałam się, że jej nie mam. Ku mojej ogromnej uldze torebka czekała już na mnie w recepcji. To świadczy o uczciwości i profesjonalizmie całego personelu.

Wszyscy pracownicy byli niezwykle życzliwi, serdeczni i zawsze gotowi do pomocy. Na szczególne uznanie zasługuje również kuchnia – zarówno śniadania, jak i kolacje były bardzo smaczne i różnorodne.

Dziękujemy za wspaniały pobyt i tak troskliwą opiekę. Na pewno jeszcze tu wrócimy!

Pros:

Good facilities , nice staff a bit far from the centre. On the beach. I went in by teh bus every day. Bus service not good on Sunday . Toursit guide at the hotel was very helpful. A bit expensive but I really enjoyed my stay. Thanks to all at the hotel.

Pros:

Lage mit Blick auf das Meer war gut.

Cons:

Abendessen Halbpension war sehr dürftig. Essen kalt, Auswahl bescheiden, Personal war unmotiviert und Qualität des Essens keinem 4-Sterne Hotel würdig.
Im Zimmer lag noch Abfall unter dem Bett der Vorgänger, Vorhänge waren zerrissen.
Im Allgemeinen waren wir vom Angebot und Ausstattung enttäuscht.

The breakfast, rooms, location, view was exceptional. the reception staff was great as well. Booked one of the best rooms with a hot tub but the service phone in my room was not working asked for help with heating it up but got no response from the reception.

Cons:

The staff at the bar was very rude to me and my family, dont expect that sort of attitude when im paying 1000 euros a night to stay at your esteemed hotel, he acted like he was paying me to serve me. A 10 euro charge for room service is crazy, to bring a couple drinks up 3 floors, i wouldve happily given him a tip but the charge is unnecessary. the morning staff at the bar was nice and served me very well. the evening staff was unexusable. Stayed at 10 different hotels in all of europe and never experienced this type of unprofessionalism anywhere.

Fancy wannabe, with poor finishing and untrained staff
Pros:

The bed was really big and comfortable. We slept great! The room was alo very large. Breakfast was OK, nothing special, nothing to complain about. Location was good for the new beach, but far from the city and car/taxi dependent.

Cons:

Staff needs much more training, they are all young and inexperienced and do not behave up to 4* standards. Not enough customer focus, slow, not knowledgeable, often confused. Front desk slow. Sign at breakfast to wait to be seated and nobody around - so everyone waits 2 min and eventually walks in.

Bathroom finishing was done by amateurs. From the distance the hotel design tries to appear fancy, but the details are a complete disaster - broken tiles, fan hanging by one screw from the ceiling, silicone around sink looks like it was done by a 5-year-old kid, tap splashing every time because of wrong positioning and high pressure, and the list could go on. Too bad such a nice hotel skimped on the quality of the finishings.
