Buena localización pero mejorable atención ante problemas.
Pros:

Si no quieres estar en el centro de Split, el hotel Amphora está situado en Znjan, desde donde se puede acceder a Split en poco tiempo y de forma económica usando taxi, Uber o similar. Además el paseo marítimo y las playas están muy bien acondicionados, con buen ambiente a todas horas del día y la posibilidad de comer o tomar algo en los restaurantes y locales a lo largo del paseo. También es una zona que ofrece la posibilidad de practicar distintos deportes.
En cuanto al hotel, destacar la calidad del desayuno.

Cons:

A nuestra llegada tuvimos algunos problemas con el aire acondicionado de una de las habitaciones reservadas. Mostramos nuestra queja al hotel tanto directamente en recepción como mediante correo electrónico. No obtuvimos una respuesta satisfactoria y los problemas perduraron durante toda la estancia, con la única compensación de no cobrarnos el parking.

What I love about the hotel:
- location near new promenade is great
- the chef in the restaurant is top class !!!
- the bar on 10th floor has great view and great customer service team !!!
- the sea view rooms are amazing and the view is wonderful, rooms are quiet
- the pool and spa area are really fantastic (four pools, including one inside having warmer water)
- hotel has underground parking

Cons:

What wasn’t that great:
- level of support from the front desk/reception should be improved
- cleanliness of the corridors was below standard

Super Lage, sehr großes Bett, tolles Frühstück, schöne Pools.

Tolle Promenade und ein Teil ist sogar behindertengerecht, Meer war super.

Cons:

Getränke im Hotel relativ teuer, Abendbuffet sehr gut aber Auswahl überschaubar.

Der Pool ganz oben bietet eine schöne Aussicht und tolle atmosphäre.

Frühsück war ganz gut, man konnte auch draussen essen.

Das Meer war erfrischend und Sauber.

Es gab einige Dinge die uns als Paar störten:

Es war 2 Wochen 34 Grad. Im Zimmer hatte es Rotwein aber kein Wasser? Vielicht ein Luxusproblem aber für uns unverständlich. Das Wasser aus dem Hahn war mind 2 mal Braun—> für 4 Sterne Hotel ? Naja

Wir verstanden es nicht, dass das Hotelpersonal die Sonnenschirme die Kaputt waren… nicht entfernt haben sondern immer wieder unter die Dusche gelegt haben ( die man für den Pool braucht!) siehe Bild

Des Weiteren hatte es oben eine Bar, die aber nicht genutzt wurde? Es ist Hauptsaison? Schade das man extra immer ganz nach unten muss.

Der Zyklus des Putzpersonal war sehr unregelmässig. Einmal kam man 1.5 Tage nicht trotz Please Clean the Room Schild, dann meistens um 17:00 Uhr obwohl man duschen wollte nach dem Meer. Kühlschrank hatte Schimmel bei Ankunft….. siehe Bild

Das Essen war okay. Bisschen mehr abwechslung wäre nicht schlecht…

Check in erst ab 15:00 Uhr! Sie lassen dich nicht rein & wirken unhöflich und gestresst. Keine Unterhaltungs möglichkeit im Hotel…

Super hotel na super místě

Cons:

Hotel slibuje parkoviště, ale žádné nemá, garáž je vždy plná a musí se parkovat daleko od hotelu na prašné pláži, kde hledání místa je minimálně na hodinu!

Pros:

Bra storlek på rummen. Bra luftkonditionering. Bra utbud på frukosten.

Cons:

Personal utan både kunskap och servicekänsla. Ostädat, snuskig känsla på rummen. Otroligt slitet/dåligt underhållet för att ha stått färdigt för gäster 2020. Väldigt slitna ytskikt, dörrar så svällda av vatten att de inte går att öppna helt, listan kan göras lång. Havsutsikten som vi betalade för extra för var helt dold bakom högt gräs (se bild)…. Hotellet var totalt oförstående inför problemet! Vi var inte uppmärksamma på att hotellet används som charterhotell med allt vad det innebär i form av handdukar på solstolar och fulla ungdomar vid poolen…

Pros:

Hotel na dobrém místě, dobrá postel, já měla připlaceny room a měla jsem krásný výhled na moře

Cons:

Hotel neni vhodny pro děti s rodinou, na bazenu bylo cca 30 angličanů, kteři na bazénu chlastali a dělali nepořádek…pokoj nebyl jeden den uklizen od rána do 16. Hodiny, bazen přeplněny,pokud nepřijdete brzy ráno na bazen,nemate možnost sehnat léhátko.

On a adoré!!!
Pros:

Le déjeuner et le dîner était vraiment très bon!
Les piscines sublime avec magnifique vue sur la plage. Très belle endroit où se balader sur la plage le soir. La chambre était très belle.

Cons:

Dommage pas la vue sur la plage!
