Vistas invaluables
Pros:

La, ubicación aunque no es cómoda en cuanto a accesibilidad para llegar al centro, tiene una vista hermosa.
Eso si, tienen transporte que te lleva y va por ti al centro cada hora después de las 6 pm.
Por las mañanas puedes aprovechar para estar en la piscina o hacer una caminata por las instalaciones.
El personal, es amable y atento

Cons:

Las habitaciones son muy retro y aún usan alfombra.
Se nota que fue un hotel espectacular en sus mejores tiempos y aunque aun es muy bonito, se nota el paso de los años y falta de mantenimiento o renovaciones

Ubicación buena, hotel viejo y personal de recepción poco proactivo y resolutivo

La ubicación, me pareció muy cómoda para caminar al centro

Cons:

Le hace falta una reforma, las instalaciones están muy viejas, sobre todo los baños. Lo peor de mi estancia fue el personal de recepción. Teníamos 8 reservas confirmadas llegamos a las 7am dejamos las maletas y nos hicieron un precheck-in. Recomfirme con la recepcionista de turno que ya no necesitaríamos nada más y que únicamente sería recoger la llave y las maletas puesto que llegaríamos cansados. Nos informaron a la llegada que teníamos que abonar la estancia y para colmo una de las habitaciones al entrar se le cayó la pared pero esto segundo son cosas que pasan pero la atención FATAL.

Séjour 5 nuits 3 adultes 2 chambres
Pros:

L'emplacement sur la coline avec son stationnement en sécurité. La piscine est vraiment très bien et grande.

Cons:

Hôtel d'une certaine époque et vieillissant avec sa moquette des années 70's. Notre chambre donnait au-dessus du bar avec sa musique jusqu'à minuit. Autres problèmes tous les travaux de rénovations bruyant la journée.

Que en el restaurante pedimos una coca y nunca llego, mi esposo preguntó y solo le dijeron que se había terminado, cuando en el bar un piso mas arriba a tenían cajas de refresco.

Great location, but staff was at time useless. In particular staff at the front desk. Hotel staff was great.
Pros:

The location is amazing, only a short walk from Oaxaca’s city centre.

Cons:

The hotel is rather noisy, especially at night. There was also construction/renovation work done to some rooms with heavy machinery - it was extremely loud. Work started early in the morning, making it impossible to sleep.
