Las instalaciones muy bien. La ubicación muy bien! La alberca excelente!

Cons:

Que el aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien. Hacía ruido y no tienen tanta potencia. Oaxaca es muy caluroso y es necesario un buen aire acondicionado o un buen ventilador.

Only the garden.

Cons:

After the 1st night, I was just about to pack my stuff and leave but I good a another room (wich was a bit better) and I have decided to stay and spend as less time as possible in the hotel. They show with pride 5 stars at the entry but it feels like a cheap motel. The staff is arrogant and the prices are high.

Un buen hotel muy bonito pero necesita actualizarse y restauración.

el area de alberca y jardines muy bonitos, aunque la alberca un poco deteriorada por el tiempo esta muy bonito el lugar y el personal muy amable. solo recomiéndo darle mantenimiento al lugar se siente un poco viejo. el restaurant muy bonito así como el área del lobby.

Cons:

el baño de la habitación olía a drenaje y fue muy desagradable la estancia con el olor que salía de la coladera y el extractor de olores estaba completamente tapado así que no servia de nada, por otro lado la alfombra estaba muy deteriorada ya necesitan reemplazarla. y hablando de la habitación en general necesita una modernización los muebles la pintura etc. se sienten muy viejos.
