En general todo me gustó. Uno de los mejores hoteles que he visitado. Las vistas que tiene hacia la ciudad son hermosas.

if you like stairs, and you are staying just one night, is a good place

The gardens and the view are nice, the room spacious, the location is very good.

Cons:

The staff was polite but cold, didn't offer any solutions to my mobility problems, other than pay more and get a better room. The size of the room was very nice, but the desk was too high to be useful and with no contacts near to plug the computer, the windows were very difficult to open, the nightstand lamps difficult to turn on, the internet had strange restrictions, beds were comfy, pillows too thick and hard, it does not have an elevator, and if you get a room in the top floor of the main building, you have to climb five floors on foot to get back to your room! The parking insufficient and difficult, the hotel is on the side of a hill, so all walking is on a steep slope.

La ubicación y las vistas son perfectas, el personal en general es muy amable, desde que llegas al hotel, en recepción, el personal de limpieza y del restaurante, solo vi caras amables y buen trato, te hacen sentir bien, el hotel es cómodo, la habitación de buen tamaño. La presión de agua en el baño es perfecta, nunca sufrimos por falta de agua o agua fría, sale rápido y a la primera. La comida en el restaurante es deliciosa, el buffete de fin de semana es muy rico y muy variado, sin duda lo recomiendo. Yo llegue al hotel y preferí moverme en taxis, para poder caminar a mi gusto, el taxi llega rápido al hotel, ellos lo piden y en 8 a 10 min ya estas en el centro. El auditorio Guelaguetza esta super cerca, a unos cuantos metros.

Cons:

En comparación con la habitación, el baño se percibe un poco viejo, pero todo es funcional, esto solo es mi percepción. La piscina esta bien, pero tomando en cuenta todo el hotel se queda corta, da la sensación de descuido o que le dan poca importancia, no hay bar ni personal cerca, y se siente como si fuera vieja, limpia si esta , esta muy bien solo se siente que no le dan importancia. El bar en la noche tiene musica en vivo, y es muy pequeño para la cantidad de gente que quiere entrar, no pudimos estar ahí, no quedamos con las ganas, recomiendo ampliarlo o si lo visitas llega temprano.
