Location comoda per partire per aeroporto, facile da raggiungere dallel cascate e buona la colazione.

Cons:

Potrebbe essere più pulito peccato! Il posto è molto carino ma alcune camere non erano propriamente pulite

The 24/7 shuttle service was useful

Cons:

Our room had a stitch coming from the bathroom. Rooms were not that clean. But overall I only needed to sleep for a few yours and the price was cheap.

A great value!
Pros:

The place was lovely and beautiful and clean and the staff was nice and smart. We liked having the breakfast too with the nice yogurt and eggs and pork and chicken sausages and fruit, etc. The room layout and the parking and everything was very comfortable.

Cons:

The bathroom door needed to be adjusted since it didn't lock when it was closed (only when it was open). The towel rack above the sink was wobbly. The eggs were powdered.

The one bright spot during our stay was Mr. Antjuan. The following day, Antjuan helped resolve the blinds issue and provided exceptional customer service. His professionalism and hospitality were the main reasons we chose to continue our stay at the hotel.

Cons:

We booked a two-night stay at this hotel. While the room was spacious, our experience was affected by several issues.

First, the window blinds were not functioning properly. As a result, bright streetlights shone into the room throughout the night, making it extremely difficult to sleep. The front desk staff were unable to resolve the issue, and there was no maintenance personnel available during the night shift. We were told that the hotel was fully booked and that we could either remain in the room or leave and receive a full refund. However, by 10:30 PM, we were exhausted and traveling with a child, making it impractical to search for alternative accommodation.

Second, the blankets in our room were soiled. When we requested replacements, the new blankets provided were also not clean. Overall, the cleanliness standards of the hotel were disappointing.

Finally, the breakfast offerings were underwhelming. The selection was limited, and the quality of the food did not meet our expectations. That said, given the relatively low room rates, this may be acceptable for travelers who are not particularly concerned about having a substantial breakfast.
