Very good service. Good and sensitive meals (I do not eat pork so I'm really thankful for the beef, fish and chicken). The water and hygiene kit are constantly replenished and the crew, the front desk and the guards are courteous, efficient, helpful and friendly.

It’s a nice hotel, clean and accessible But the air conditioning on the ground floor wasn’t sufficient to keep the heat off.
Cafe experience was really bad. It took 40 minutes to serve our breakfast. All interns as staff and no management coordination.

Der Empfang ist distanziert. Kein Angebot auf Unterstützung beim Gepäck oder der Hinweis auf Gepäckwagen. Das Frühstücksbuffee war asiatisch ausgerichtet, fand ich nicht problematisch. Beim Obst nur eine Sorte, das habe ich in allen anderen Hotels anders erlebt. Die Zimmergröße eigentlich gut aber letztendlich durch die Aufteilung der Möbel und langen Flur doch eingeschränkt. Die Umgebung des Hotels eher nicht schön, keine Gegend zum bummeln. Gesamteindruck, für eine Nacht ok, länger würde ich dort nicht mehr bleiben. Wir waren zwei Nächte im Hotel.
Unangenehm war ein Geruch der von der Lobby aus auch im ganzen Hotel vorhanden war.

The location is very convenient and easily accessible from major tourist attractions, making it an ideal choice for travelers. The rooms are clean, well-maintained, and spacious, providing a comfortable and relaxing stay. Additionally, all the employees were friendly, polite, and accommodating, which made the overall experience even more pleasant.

The location is very accessible and easy locate. Closer to the Church, viral Chinese stores, closer to the mall Lucky Chinatown Mall, 168 and 999 Mall. The hotel looks and smells really clean. The room is decent enough and neatly in placed. I'm not sure how much it cost since I am here to attend the Trainer's Training. The place is quite and tranquil with minimal spa sound music soothing and relaxing. The staffs are very courteous and well trained. I love that they have Binondo museum here inside the hotel, I was so amazed with the rich and vibrant Chinese Culture although not entirely seen now like the train but as to the practice, food and character are still preserved up to this very day. I will soon comeback but this time not work related but with my family who has bloodline from Fujian Province.
