Location on the beach
Breakfast buffet was good, lots of choices
Reported dirty chair with cigarette burn that was not changed out.,
Smokers Marijuana and cigarette ashes and smells floating onto our balcony bothered our enjoyment for 3 of 6 days. Should be no smoking hotel. Definitely not as good as previous stay
The hotel itself was located right on the beach close to all attractions which was wonderful. Our room was not ready till 4pm which was fine since we arrived at 2pm. The daily breakfast was amazing. The beach was clean and so close to our hotel. The staff was super friendly my only complaint is that I could not get my room cleaned. We arrived on Monday and they said Tuesday they were not cleaning it because we arrived on Monday. No clue what that had to do with anything but ok so on Wednesday they called me bc the do not disturb sign was out and asked if I wanted the room cleaned and I said yes. We asked about three more times that day and by the time 5pm came and the room was still not cleaned I called corporate to make a complaint. Then they sent someone with towels and sheets to clean the room. We left today and no one cleaned the room on Thursday. Nice hotel and I paid good money to stay there so I really don’t want to have to make my bed or empty the garbage while I am on vacation.

The location would have been great if they werent planning a concert on the beach infront of hotel.
No housekeeper came to clean the room or offer to clean the entire stay. We had to ask for toilet paper, towels, and trash bags. We just put the trash in the hall. When asking for towels the staff asked how many we needed we told them 3 and the young man said well im gonna give you 2. The breakfast food was barely warm and undercooked. You cant check in early at all not even for a fee, but you can check out early with no compensation. Also we paid for ocean front just to watch a concert stage being built right infront of our room the entire stay for the following weekend. They also blocked off the beach infeont of the hotel.

The beds were extremely uncomfortable. It was like sleeping on a box spring for $400 a night. They should have better mattresses so people can sleep comfortably specially after a long day at the beach.

balcony view and being on the beach is why I chose the hotel. The breakfast was also very good.
I did not like having to pay for parking. I spent a lot of money for the rooms for the time I was there. I expected that the hotel could at least give me free parking at the hotel since I was a patron.
It was close to everything… shopping, dining and entertainment
The elevators and the hallways weren’t air conditioned…. It was like walking into a sauna every time you left your room…
The location is excellent.
There is one staff (I think her name is Myrna), she is nice to me but is made a face to the other customer.
The service of the people especially Ms. Julia. The cleanliness, the free breakfast and the location. Pet friendly hotel. We come here every year. We love the hotel. 👍👍👍👍👍
