Pros:

The staff was very accommodating. We had someone with us who couldn’t walk a lot. They changed our room floor and how close we were to the elevator.

Pros:

Breakfast was excellent. Excellent selection. Plenty of options.

Cons:

Room service with pets needs improvement. We were told room service would be at 10am so we made sure us and our pets left the room. We returned a couple hours later and our room wasn't touched. Not happy about that at all. When we called another person said it just goes by each floor. Communication needs improvement.

Cons:

You shouldn't make your customers pay for parking that's ridiculous. The breakfast wasn't great. The pool smells like pure chlorine.
