Clean, nice and if you like a very firm bed you’ll be happy .
Pros:

The location was excellent. Very clean. Very nice. Nice staff.

Enjoyable stay with a couple suggestions
Pros:

We had a nice stay with our family and thought the hotel was nice. We have stayed here several times over the years & while the property is ocean front and you don’t have to fight for an ocean view it needs some a little renovation work. Almost every outlet in our room would not hold a standard plug, they simply fell out. Lack of functional USB’s also needs attention. I had to charge my phone in the bathroom. Great water pressure but the grout in front of the tub was missing - gapping and filthy looking. EZ maintenance fix. Elevator doors hadn’t been polished in a very long time and the flooring needs to be replaced. The new pillows were a great touch and mattress was very comfortable. Parking next the front door was convenient, not like the Hilton next door where you have to walk a block to park and pay the same $20. Housekeepers were helpful and thorough.
We were woken up at 4:35AM (yep 4:35AM!) with workers tearing down a skateboard stadium on the beach. Beep beep time to wake up…super loud even with our sound machine. Your mgt company needs to investigate their beach permit & procedures regarding operating hours on the beach…this was unbearable and unbelievable! Couldn’t even attempt to go back to sleep.
Abony at breakfast was amazing. Please recognize him.
We’ll be back, just need some TLC and maintenance.

Pros:

One feature I particularly appreciated was the smart TV, which included access to streaming services such as Netflix. This was especially convenient for families traveling with children. I have stayed at other luxury hotels that did not offer smart TVs or streaming options, so having this amenity significantly enhanced my experience. It was a thoughtful feature that added both convenience and entertainment during my stay.

Cons:

I was somewhat disappointed with the breakfast offerings, particularly given the standards I expected from a luxury hotel. The eggs lacked flavor and were not prepared to the quality I anticipated. The potatoes were inconsistent; while they were acceptable on some days, on other occasions they were overly salty despite appearing well-prepared. Overall, I expected a higher level of quality, consistency, and variety in the breakfast menu.

Excellent location with amazing views
Pros:

Great property, right on the oceanfront. Very easy to find, and parking was not a problem in their parking lot. Arrived late but staff were available to check us in quickly. The room was spacious, clean, and included all the usual amenities. We had a balcony overlooking the ocean with uninterrupted views. It was certainly a great way to start your day waking up to that view! Breakfast was enough and served in a bright and airy space.

Cons:

A gap in the balcony door frame let in a lot of cold air as it was a really windy night when we stayed there. The air-conditioning unit was loud so we ended up turning it off, but with all that cold air streaming in we didn't really need it! It was good enough for a single night stay, but if we had more time in that room, I would have complained. Parking cost was a bit steep, considering it's their own parking lot without any form of security, but ok for one night. At least we had a parking spot guaranteed.

Beautiful building and very clean

Cons:

Has a no smoking policy but our entire hall wreaked of pot and the dogs kept barking next door. Notified staff and nothing was done.

Watching the dolphins at breakfast
Pros:

Great rates for that time of year, we live up north so are happy to be in 60-70 degree temps in February. Great location right on the beach, watched dolphins jump as we had complimentary breakfast. We had a great trip and a nice place to stay.
