Absolutely everything ✨I booked a recent stay for my birthday & they definitely exceeded my expectations!! Kol & Alexia were amazing in assisting me with all my needs!! They have outstanding mannerism & customer service as well. Breakfast buffet was delicious may I add. Me & my fiance enjoyed every bit of this stay❤️❤️❤️will most definitely book again at this location 🥰

Pros:

The staff was so friendly. I've never stayed at a hotel where all the staff were always smiling. They greeted us every morning they were so helpful with giving advice for activities. I would stay here again.

Cons:

Next time we stay here maybe we can stay on a higher floor. We were on the first floor and with our dog she couldn't lay out on the balcony without being on a leash.

Hampton Inn Oceanfront Virginia Beach 1011 Atlantic Ave. Va Beach
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! The staff was rude, the room was filthy with cobb webs hanging from the corners of the room. There were dead bugs all over the surface areas of the room. The outside balcony was filthy. We checked in on a Sun and our 1st housekeeping visit was Tues after I requested it from the front desk. Thurs of that same week was our 2nd housekeeping visit after I spoke with the manager at the front desk. When leaving for the day on Sat I asked the manager of housekeeping to please clean our room. Hours later when we returned the room hadn't been touched. Finally, Sat was our 3rd housekeeping visit and the cleaning staff was apprehensive about doing their job. This was an uncomfortable experience and after spending $2,400 for the room for this week, we were VERY SORRY that we booked with this hotel. We caution anyone about even thinking about staying there as a vacation to us means services paid for including taking out the garbage from the room daily, another task I performed daily.
