An overnight stay in Nashville to see a show at the Tennessee Performing Arts Centre
Pros:

It was a big room with a good view and very close to the Tennessee Performing Arts Centre.

Cons:

The bathroom was quite small and it was quite slow service in the restaurant when we dined.

Die Lage ist super - wenige Gehminuten zum Broadway

Cons:

Das Hotel ist unverschämt teuer - Preis und Leistung steht hier nicht in Relation. Es gibt keinen „normalen“ Parkplatz oder Garage sondern nur Valet Parking. Das ist allerdings mit knapp 60$ pro Nacht echt sehr teuer, vor allem weil diese auf den regulär sehr teuren Preis noch in top kommen. Das Hotel ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen und wir haben uns echt gefragt was diesen Preis rechtfertigt.
Auffällig war auch, dass das Personal beim Checkin und Front Table auffällig unfreundlich und sehr kurz angebunden war. Das kennen wir aus dem DoubleTree eigentlich anders.

Excellent Stay with Outstanding Service
Pros:

Really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location for exploring downtown Nashville. The lobby had a nice atmosphere, the rooms were well kept, and the staff overall were friendly and helpful throughout our visit. Everything felt smooth from check-in to check-out, which made the trip a lot more relaxing.

One person who really stood out was Manny from valet. He was incredibly welcoming from the moment we arrived and always had a great attitude every time we saw him. He was quick with the car, helpful with directions and recommendations, and just genuinely kind and professional. It’s the kind of service that makes you feel appreciated as a guest.

The entire experience was great, and little things like excellent customer service really made the stay memorable. Would definitely stay here again the next time we’re in Nashville.

Nice Hotel!
Pros:

Great hotel! Manny, the valet serviceman, was so kind and helpful during our stay. He greeted us with a big smile and made us feel welcome right away. He was friendly, professional, and went out of his way to help us with anything we needed. You can tell he really cares about making guests feel comfortable. Manny made our experience even better, and we truly appreciated his great service!

Exceptional stay and staff!!
Pros:

Stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Nashville recently and had a really solid experience overall. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location, but honestly the customer service is what stood out most!

Manny at valet was one of the highlights of the stay. He was just so friendly and welcoming, and just had great energy every time we came and went. He was quick, professional, and made the whole valet situation feel easy and stress-free, which is huge when you’re traveling!!

The staff overall was great, the room was comfortable, and really well run from the moment I stepped out of my car, til the time I checked out! Definitely would stay here again for future trips. Big shoutout to Manny for making the experience even better!!

Great service!
Pros:

First time traveling here and would definitely recommend the place. Manny, from vallet parking, was awesome. He saw my BTS key-chain and we instantly bonded over our fave songs. He was quick with getting our car and he even gave us some food recs.

I told the front desk on checkout that it was the best run hotel. I have stayed in in a long time.

Ridin’ Solo
Pros:

Manny at the DoubleTree doesn’t park cars… he orchestrates traffic like a Formula 1 pit crew captain with customer service DLC installed. Pulled up stressed, left feeling like I handed my keys to a close personal friend and parking savant. Quick, professional, and somehow remembers everybody. If valet had an MVP award, Manny’s got a dynasty going.
