Great stay!
Pros:

Excellent stay-- quick and easy walk to West building of the OCC. Friendly staff, hotel was clean, pool area was fun and well-cared for. Many gluten-free options and knowledge of food allergies at all of the eating establishments. 20 minute Uber to Disney Springs (with traffic). Would return!

Pros:

Ive stayed here for years and unfortunately this will likely be my last time. The pipes creek and make a ridiculous noise even when water is not in use. I jabe a two bed room and neither bed was clean as I had hair in noth beds. One bed had some stain on it. Lastly, while this isn't the hotels fault, my neighbors was loud and banging on walls nightly so i got 4 hours of sleep ever night while attending a conference.

Pros:

Fantastic location for a first time visit to Orlando - the rooms were incredibly well maintained and comfortable with wonderful views and amenities and connection to the convention center made this a super great choice for business that still allows you to have leisure!

Another Great Trip!
Pros:

Another great year at the Hair Show and staying at the Hyatt! My favorite trip each year and it never disappoints! The hotel is in the perfect location, close to the show and restaurants and entertainment all within walking distance. See you next year!

Comfortable stay
Pros:

Friendly staff, tasty burger from the B-Line cafe, 24 market was so convenient. Room was clean and comfortable. I had my own private fireworks display from my window. It was great. Short walk to the convention center.

Pros:

The pool area is great. Justin the bartender/server is amazing. He services very personable fast and efficient. Hyatt should be happy that he is a part of their team. Please go see Justin when you are at the Hyatt pool area. Food and drinks are amazing.

Last minute one night stay made unforgettable thx to Christian!!
Pros:

Made a super last minute decision to stay overnight in orlando as we were tired from driving and walking around all day. We booked and got to the Hyatt Regency Orlando around 10:30 and was dreading the typical long and frustrating check in process, which was NOT our experience at all!! Walked up to the front desk and was graciously greeted by smiling Christian. While he was checking us in he asked what brought us to the area and I had just moved to central florida only 4 days prior from New Hampshire. He shared that he was also from the northeast and was happy to welcome us. Christian then made the unimaginable happen and upgraded our room as a "Welcome to Florida!" We were overjoyed and so thankful for this small gesture and it truly made our one night stay unforgettable. Christian has ensured that every time we come to the Orlando area and choose to stay overnight, we will definitely be booking with the Hyatt Regency in Orlando!! 11/10 thanks to Christian!!

Business stay for convention
Pros:

This is the hotel to stay if you are attending a convention. Very easy to walk there. Room was big and clean. A bit worn. During the night it was quiet. I stayed at a room on a higher level and it was great that there were 3 lifts that only served higher levels that it not took forever to get to the room and out. Front desk wasn't very nice and helpful. Regency club facility was nice, clean and quiet. Breakfast was good there and the staff wonderful in the club. In the evening the food was mediocre at best. Gym was well equipped. I stayed one night after the congress and then there were a lot of families so the noice level went up a lot and also the club became noisy and the pool area was really crowded. So if you are attending a big congress/convention so that most of the guest are attending that I would go here. Otherwise this is a massive resort. I myself prefer smaller more quieter places for holiday. But if you don't mind massive and noisy then otherwise this works.
