If you’re there for an event at the Orange County Convention Center, the location can’t be beat. It was a 15 min walk from our room to the tournament and that was SO convenient. If you’re going for Disney, it’s not a great location - 30 min ride. It has a great pool. The market was convenient to get snacks. The room was spacious and clean. The sunset out the pool view rooms is spectacular.
The room service was ridiculous. One order of pancakes with bacon was $50 and came in takeout containers - not even real room service presentation. We could have door dashed from a diner and it would have been half the price. The bathroom needs more hooks. With towels and bathing suits, there were not enough places to hang things. The comforters were stiff - not fluffy. The google cast only worked sometimes.
Perfect
Everything was perfect
As always is the case we had a remarkable experience. Great service and hotel was very clean. Staff went above and beyond multiple times. We will be back
Stayed at the Hyatt Regency Orlando while attending our daughter’s AAU National championship volleyball tournament. We upgraded to a larger room prior to arrival and the space was HUGE, perfect for our family to spread out and relax when in the room. The pool is big and even during the busiest periods, it never felt like a mosh pit. On-site dining options were great after some late evenings of volleyball and the 24/7, well-stocked market is a wonderful touch as this is almost never a thing in most hotels. We stayed the second half of our trip at the Conrad at Evermore and their market paled in comparison (and closed daily at 8:00pm). The hotel, common areas and room, was very clean and well kept. It had a very premium feel all around. Only downside was no microwave in the room (which seems to be the norm across the Hyatt brand), but there is one located in the market that’s easy enough to deal with. It just requires a little walking which wasn’t a big deal for us. Overall, wonderful experience and will absolutely do it again!
Always an exceptional stay. Service is always good. Only thing was disappointed the main sit down restaurant was closed that day, and we were tired. But We walked to the pointe for dinner, which is close enough and had some good options.
I had a great stay at the Hyatt Regency Orlando and would definitely consider staying there again. I had a view of the pool and a comfortable, king sized bed. The staff of the restaurants are also friendly and accommodating.
Great hotel with easy access to convention center, local restaurants, and area parks and attractions. The hotel is updated, clean, and in great shape. The staff is friendly and attentive to the needs of the guests.
Great service in housekeeping and front desk. Everyone was friendly and courteous. Lovely rooms and great size and amenities.
Despite a largely attended conference being held at the Hotel, staff were very attentive, kind and accommodating. The ground were well kept at all times. The rooms were very clean and surprisingly no disturbances
Loved the balcony!
There was no refrigerator in the room! My wife has medication that needs to stay refrigerated, but all they had a was a little cooler. I have not been in a hotel without a fridge in over 30 years, even cheap hotels have a fridge in the room! The staff was sympathetic to our situation and let us put her medication in the fridge of the bell room, but really, there needs to be a better option.
Awesome experience. Hotel is older- but you can’t tell! Rooms are immaculately cleaned and the staff really cares about the upkeep, as apparent by the condition. I expected it to be so-so, and I was pleasantly surprised! Thank you, Hyatt Regency Orlando! This Globalist guest highly recommends your hotel.
This is a very clean and well functioning top notch hotel. My stay went seamlessly and the staff were all friendly and helpful.
Great property if you are going to the Orange County Convention Center. Convienent to the center. Close to dining and lots of entertainment options.
Hyatt always clean and always a pleasure to stay at! Staff very attentive, from the minute you park, checking in and thereafter.
The Family Café is one of my favorite weekends of the year, and the Hyatt Regency Orlando helped make it a great experience. Hosting more than 1,900 attendees is a huge undertaking, yet everything seemed to run smoothly.
The staff was courteous, patient, and helpful throughout the conference. As someone attending with my adult son who uses a power wheelchair, I especially appreciated the accessibility and ease of getting around the hotel.
Most importantly, the hotel provided a welcoming place for families, individuals with disabilities, providers, and advocates to learn, share, and build connections. Thank you for your hospitality and for helping make this event such a success. We hope to be back next year!
Not a great experience. Parking is far, it’s expensive and you can’t go out of parking and back in without paying $45. Valet parking is the same once you get inside you need to stay there or pay again.
The amount of people here is insane, you won’t be able to enjoy the pool in peace and make sure you know that (voice from reception girl) it’s only one plate for breakfast, one drink either juice or coffee and if you take more they will charge you!!”
