Great place to stay in Orlando!
Pros:

Last minute one night stay made unforgettable thx to Christian!!
Pros:

Made a super last minute decision to stay overnight in orlando as we were tired from driving and walking around all day. We booked and got to the Hyatt Regency Orlando around 10:30 and was dreading the typical long and frustrating check in process, which was NOT our experience at all!! Walked up to the front desk and was graciously greeted by smiling Christian. While he was checking us in he asked what brought us to the area and I had just moved to central florida only 4 days prior from New Hampshire. He shared that he was also from the northeast and was happy to welcome us. Christian then made the unimaginable happen and upgraded our room as a "Welcome to Florida!" We were overjoyed and so thankful for this small gesture and it truly made our one night stay unforgettable. Christian has ensured that every time we come to the Orlando area and choose to stay overnight, we will definitely be booking with the Hyatt Regency in Orlando!! 11/10 thanks to Christian!!

Business stay for convention
Pros:

This is the hotel to stay if you are attending a convention. Very easy to walk there. Room was big and clean. A bit worn. During the night it was quiet. I stayed at a room on a higher level and it was great that there were 3 lifts that only served higher levels that it not took forever to get to the room and out. Front desk wasn't very nice and helpful. Regency club facility was nice, clean and quiet. Breakfast was good there and the staff wonderful in the club. In the evening the food was mediocre at best. Gym was well equipped. I stayed one night after the congress and then there were a lot of families so the noice level went up a lot and also the club became noisy and the pool area was really crowded. So if you are attending a big congress/convention so that most of the guest are attending that I would go here. Otherwise this is a massive resort. I myself prefer smaller more quieter places for holiday. But if you don't mind massive and noisy then otherwise this works.

Great for a conference
Pros:

Hotel itself very nice and conference facilities were nice. Loved the fitness facilities. Room I had was fairly basic, clean. The bathroom and shower needed some updating, very difficult to control water temperature. Food at B-line Cafe was great and fast.

The room was ok. The staff very nice.

Cons:

For the price of the hotel, the bed could have been better. The wi-fi terrible, many hours not working. For someone travelling for a conference, it's unacceptable.

Pros:

Great hotel and great stay.
Pros:

This is a great hotel and well worth the costs. Not only is it clean, but it has everything you could think of in the room as well as in the hotel it's self. Staff are very friendly and I could not have asked for a better experience. Once again, Hyatt gave a 10/10 service

Awesome hotel
Pros:

Great location . Wonderful pools . It will be even better when Adult pool finished.
Nice desserts at Club Lounge and we liked coffee machine.
The only con in the Club Lounge is sign that you can’t take drinks or food out of room.
Would of been nice to take a couple of drinks ( non alcoholic)

10 STARS for the staff alone
Pros:

EXCELLENT STAFF! Every person I encountered during my stay was kind, helpful and at least acted like they cared about my experience. I felt valued. That doesn't happen often.
The Spa staff was no exception - had a great spa service and the Spa (no kids) pool was an added value for me!
