Cons:

We arrived late at night, and there was only one staff member on duty. He was asleep when we arrived and was quite slow in completing the check-in process, even though we had already submitted the required documents online. Additionally, he did not assist us with moving our luggage carts, despite the fact that there were only two of us managing four trolleys.
