É bem localizado. Na parte externa do prédio tem padaria, restaurante. Em frente tem uma mercearia e um hortifruti. Próximo de estação de bicicletas do Itaú. O café da manhã é bom.

Cons:

Quando cheguei o recepcionista falou que iria me colocar em um quarto com uma excelente vista. Realmente a vista era linda, porém a janela estava toda suja, o que não permitiu apreciar toda a beleza da vista. A limpeza também deixou a desejar pois, quando arrastei a cama, embaixo estava toda cheia de sujeira. Conforme informado no check-in, as roupas de cama seriam trocadas a cada 2 dias, porém só trocaram no quarto dia porque eu solicitei, pois já estavam fedendo. No andar em que fiquei, o elevador ficava apitando e abrindo a porta a madrugada inteira, mas não tinha ninguém utilizando.

Por se chamar premium, acreditei que o hotel tivesse boas instalações. Um pouco antigo, simples, sem um quarto adequado. Café da manhã simples, sem omelete, nem tapioca.
