Very good apart from that initial interaction with aforementioned staff member
Pros:

Breakfast was good as usual. Room was smallish but with a splendid seaview. Pool~sauna was just what was needed to relax after a afternoon on the beach.

Cons:

Guy at reception when i arrived had all the social skills of a primary school child

Not a great stay.
Pros:

Had the pool to ourselves.

Cons:

It was very noisy, creaking floorboards above, hearing people walking past the room, hearing food containers being wheeled past the window. Shower door didnt close, windows very dirty.

I booked the disabled room struggling a bit the steps outside where a bit high the bed in the room moved as soon as I tried to get into it found it a bit high the bed

Room 120 see view
Pros:

The staff where loverly and very friendly always willing to help where needed.
The location is a beautiful spot to sit and watch the sun set with the beach directly opposite the hotel.
We enjoyed a private pool session at the hotel which was so beneficial having a send child.
The room was clean and beds were so comfy definitely recommend room 120 to any small family's
There is also a little games room for the kids in the reception area to keep them entertained
The bar area smelt so good in the morning when it had been cleaned 🙌

Pros:

We loved loved andrea on reception what a fantastic staff member . She goes above and beyond always happy to help always smiling. Customer service outstanding . See you nxt august . Will be our third time . Keep up the fantastic work 🙌.

Cons:

Only compaint the view and noise from the kitchen pool room but was still great 😁x

From the moment we got their it was hell checked in room Was filthy beds dirty blood on sheets dirty towel left by door bins in the suite was over flowing thick dust under cocaine on side boards

Ok if all you want is a bed for the night
Pros:

The location is good

Cons:

It was tatty and not very clean. Ripped carpets, linen cupboards in hallways that wouldn’t close. The room was bright and looked like an effort had been made but not a big effort as the decor finishing weren’t professional, the white walls were patchy and needed another coat or two, there was paint splatters on radiators and furniture and the tiling in the bathroom had grout smeared in areas. Cobwebs in room and no bathroom bin. We walked downstairs in the morning and had to dodge the kebab that was spilled all down the stairs

Pros:

The staff were exceptional in all departments of dealing with with things that wasn't right and delt with the situation staght away for you

Cons:

The hotel is going though improvements at the moment so there parts that don't look too good but that's not a reflection on the hotel
