As a crossdresser the Location was brilliant,staff very helpful...it was ok ...can't argue with the price I stayed on a Friday and Saturday night...had no problems at all

Cons:

Maybe a bit more modern updating but its still ok ..
Anyone visiting the brilliant gay village like me then it's perfect location

The place is disgusting... not clean, not maintained, not friendly staff. When I stayed here I actually felt like I had walked into what I can only describe as a sesh pit. I was on edge all night, it wasn't pleasant at all. I would not recommend staying here. No response from hotel regarding my concerns, no response from booking.com either. Absolutely shocking. The pictures speak for themselves. Room filthy, entrance and corridors filthy, beds full of hair, dust, broken dangerous floor board, disgusting roof right under window, blinds missing, red blood type stains on walls, loose plug sockets, banging fire doors. Look at the pictures and be warned.

Not what I had in mind
Pros:

The staff were friendly.
The pool was very nice and warm.

Cons:

Parking turned out to be an extra £5
Swimming was an extra £5 each
The room was nothing like any of the ones on the site, it was so small the toilet door was bi fold to be able to open.
Only 2 plug sockets in the room by the kettle and the kettle used up one.
The view out of the window was a scruffy wall that needed attention with rubbish around it.

What a filthy place but will be fair room was ok. However the rest was horrible unclean not maintained stunk of weed throughout the hotel fire alarms going off at 2 in the morning because of people smoking weed people running up and down corridor screaming all night went quiet at 7am by that time I was leaving.the mattress was concrete think the floor would have been more comfortable tbf and I'm sure it had bed bugs with the bite I have on me. Receptionist asked was all ok with your stay my reply are you joking went through the above was told O yet we smelled it to but we will check all rooms later what's the point of that 🤣 and I was laughed at about the fire alarm going off by ppl smoking weed he said well least we know it works yeah we sure know it works same ur cleaners don't

Wouldn't stay here again

Own bar was only thing that was good

Cons:

Stated there was free internet and the WiFi was non existent as couldn't get on it. The room we booked and paid £72.09 for, was in fact non existent as we were given a family room once we arrived and it is now advertised as £36. It was nothing like the pictures that we looked at and booked through yourselves. The pictures on the website don't match what the hotel looks like at all they need updating as it is false advertising as the door looked like it had been forced open, the windows were dirty and the shower curtain mouldy
