Was good minus the room not being cleaned properly

The staff was lovely

Cons:

We had to wait over 40 minutes after 3 for one of our rooms to be finished cleaned when we finally got in there there was empty cans of cokes behind both single beds and about 5 pairs of socks down the side of the bed

The property was nothing like how it was on the photos. It was filthy. The towels had stains on, the quilt cover had stains on. The net Curtains were hanging off. The floor was minging. There was pubes in the bedroom bedside drawer. Pubes in the shower. There was holes in the walls. No bulbs in the lamps. A screw on the bathroom floor and an empty packet of soy sauce out of a pot noodle on the toilet floor. This is what we walked into when we opened the hotel room door. The pool was lifting the water in the pool was murky and not clean. Keep away

We waiting 40 minutes after the for one of the most ooms to be cleaned and when we got in there there was 2 empty cans of coke behind both single beds and about 5 pairs of socks

Poor sleep quailty down too how dirty the room was .

no wifi asked staff about 10 times and they were rude about it nothing got sorted out .
