Good location, great facilities and excellent breakfasts
Pros:

My room was very comfortable with pretty much everything I needed. The only thing I would've liked it to have which it didn't is a coffee machine.
The location was great - it was easy to walk everywhere.
The breakfast was excellent. There was so much selection.
The pool, sauna and gym are small but there were few people in any of them whenever I used them so thry never felt crowded and I had plenty of space.

Cons:

Whilst most of the staff were very welcoming and helpful, a couple of them were incredibly rude and dismissive.
My room looked very clean and there was no dust anywhere but the bathroom had a lot of hairs on the floor and in the bath when I checked in.

Pros:

The cleanliness of the room was fine, but that was literally the only positive thing. Keeping a room clean isn't a bonus or a feature it's the bare minimum requirement for the price they charge.

Cons:

The staff's behavior, especially at reception, was really not suitable for a hotel. I have stayed in many hotels in many countries, but nowhere do they speak to customers like this. The rest of the issues are not even worth mentioning.

Was great location would go again
Pros:

It was a lovely hotel the staff were very helpful and the facilities had easy access. The breakfast was great.

Cons:

The area to hang our cloths was above the kettle. And the maps was in Norwegian and never provided a you are here.

Tok for lang tid ved innsjekk. Og når vi endelig kom oss til rommet så funket ikke kortene og vi måtte ned igjen… fikk da nye kort, der kun det ene virket.
Det var også for varmt på rommet, med en dårlig aircondition.

Pros:

Vlotte check-in door een heer.
Wilden alleen 's avonds iets gaan drinken op de Rooftop maar dat mocht niet met onze kinderen. Dat was jammer.

Frokosten var god.

Vinduet var veldig skittent på innsiden! Bad/toalett var slitt og knaket.
Ved innsjekk fredag kveld var resepsjonisten ikke spesielt imøtekommende, han hilste og svarte knapt og vi følte oss ikke godt mottatt, desverre.

Grande hotel con tutti i servizi del caso. Soggiorno piacevole
Pros:

Camere ben isolate e silenziose. Camera abbastanza ampia (con i due letti singoli). Bagno con prodotti e bella doccia. Macchina del caffè in camera. Bella vista. Personale gentile. Colazione a buffet molto abbondante e variegata.

Cons:

Hotel molto grande, quindi sala colazione molto affollata... 3 notti ma le tazze in camera e il caffè non vengono cambiati.
