Nice & clean
Pros:

Nice room, very clean.
The Indian guy who checked us in was great. Polite, friendly, welcoming and professional.

Cons:

There was a lady on reception who was rude, unhelpful, had absolutely no people skills what so ever. She definitly shouldn't be front of house.

I'm sure that when fully staffed the hotel is up to Radissons high standards
Pros:

The bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

The whole experience was marred by the strike of hotel and restaurant staff belonging to a union in dispute over sick pay. This meant the bar and restaurant was closed. Radisson should have informed its customers in advance. We stayed there because we had an early flight out of Norway and wanted to stay in the hotel for food and drinks. No explanations, discounts or vouchers were offered for this major part of the hotels offering.

Fantastic staff, great breakfast, comfortable business hotel, a little pricey
Pros:

The staff was excellent. Very welcoming and helpful. The location is incredible. We could walk everywhere, and we were right next to the park, the center of town. We walked all of the time and loved it. It is a fantastic spot. The beds were comfortable, and the room was clean. The breakfast was fantastic with a great, delicious spread every morning.

Cons:

It is too expensive for what it is. It is essentially a large business hotel with tons of rooms and a generic business-hotel feel. There are great amenities, but the cost is beyond what it is.

Das Zimmer war schön und sauber, nur das Bett extrem weich. Frühstück war sehr gut und für jeden Geschmack was dabei. Lage des Hotels perfekt.

Cons:

Location was excellent

Cons:

Pull out sofa quite uncomfortable. There during the hotel strike - no bar service, no restaurant - no discount or reduction in price considering these services weren’t available.

Son emplacement était idéal et l’espace bien-être

Cons:

La propreté laissait vraiment à désirer et les prestations de la chambre par rapport au prix. Hygiène limite voir photos. Personnels agressifs lors du Check-in.

Pros:

L'emplacement est idéal, le petit-déjeuner fantastique, le personnel est très agréable (excepté un monsieur de la réception dont l'anglais est presque incompréhensible), chambre très propre, fenêtre que l'on peut ouvrir, très bonne insonorisation, douche très chaude à n'importe quelle heure, piscine et sauna appréciable.

Cons:

Serviettes manquantes, roof top ferme cause grève donc pas de vue et pas d'apéritif
