Lovely hotel ideally located for city centre
Pros:

The hotel is in a great place to easily visit the attractions of the city centre. All areas were clean and well maintained. Our room was a good size with everything we needed for our stay except no milk for the tea or coffee. Water and fresh fruit in reception were very welcome as were the street maps available in several languages.

CONSTRUCTION AT 7AM! Plus: Room Downgrade, Broken A/C, Hall Noise
Pros:

I paid rack rate ($500/night) to be comfortable on a crucial business trip. BIG MISTAKE:

- My preferred room had been given to somebody else. There were no other rooms available of the type.
- The first substitute room had twin beds only. I kept falling off my first night, great way to start my visit.
- The second substitute room had a hopeless A/C system. It would randomly switch over from cooling to heating mode - while it was already super hot outside. I simply endured this, as I did not have the time to change rooms a third time.
- Icing on the cake: 7AM construction noise. Called reception. No effect. Called again, they said it was some kind of remodeling. AT 7 AM!!!
- Bonus frosting: One day before the construction began, somebody kept closing and opening one of the doors in the hallway LITERALLY EVERY MINUTE.

The experience provided by this hotel would easily be bested by a $50/night hostel. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Parking is an important component of overall experience of stay.
Pros:

Location was property was great.

Cons:

While the parking garage is outsourced to a third party, it is attached to the Radisson. Unfortunately, the electric vehicle chargers were completely out of order. When we asked for help, the reception staff couldn't assist us or even recommend alternative charging locations nearby. It was a very frustrating experience; we wasted nearly 4 to 5 hours trying to figure out a solution that could have been easily resolved with some basic local guidance.

Cons:

Vi hade bokat ett familjerum men fick ett pyttelitet rum. Efter påpekande i receptionen rättades detta till,med visst besvär vad det verkade,och vi blev nöjda. Uteplatsen var ett plus.
