Nos cambiaron de hotel a otro de los suyos porque la habitación que habíamos reservado tenía algún problema y nos pusieron en una habitación superior. La habitación estaba muy bien, limpia grande y con todo perfecto

Tuvimos un pequeño problema de comunicación pero simplemente fue eso, se portaron muy bien. Fue raro que nos pidieran una transferencia con el importe de la estancia antes de llegar pero le dijimos que no podíamos y no hubo problema
