The stay was ok but, will try a different hotel in the nice area next time I am in Nashville.

Cons:

Room wasn’t very clean. Floor was dirty. Crumbs or pieces of dirt on carpet. Dust and lint collected along edge of walls and furniture.

Excellent stay
Pros:

Excellent shower and AC. Exceptionally clean both in the room and outside the room (hallways, lobby,etc)

Cons:

Heat and humidity of Tennessee. And for breakfast, only had sealed containers for juice (orange and apple), no juice dispensers like every other place I’ve stayed. Was surprised and disappointed by that since everything else was so great.

Pros:

We always love to stay at a SpringHill. They are consistently nice and family friendly. The location and parking is amazing! The lady that worked the desk when we checked in around 5:30 was superb!! She was amazing and I haven’t dealt with staff so friendly in a long time. She was great!!

Cons:

The room had a musty smell. It kind of smelled like wet towels had been in the room for a couple of days.

If it was half the price, it would be a good value, but for the price I paid terrible

Cons:

The rooms are too close to the interstate super loud in the room low quality windows/glass makes it sound like the cars are right next to you all night. Long hard to sleep.

Could be better
Pros:

Close to the hospital we were staying at

Cons:

The wifi wouldn't work at all and this was something I needed to do work. The pool was strong with chlorine. The lady checking me in was very short, didn't tell me much of anything besides the parking and breakfast times, which she told me wrong, she told me til 9 p.m.
The sofa couch in the room had a busted zipper and the shower head had mild build up on it. You would think with paying almost $200 a night this would be better.
