I will never stay here again
Pros:

The bed was comfortable

Cons:

We were threatened by Manager Gabriel that Animal Services would be called because our dogs were left in portable cages while I attended a doctor’s appointment. This hotel claims to allow pets, but it is absolutely not pet friendly.

Before leaving for the day, we specifically informed housekeeping that we did not need service after only one night. Despite that, someone entered our room anyway while we were gone. When I asked why, Manager Gabriel could not provide a valid reason.

Gabriel then informed me that pets are not allowed to be left unattended in the room under any circumstances. Had this policy been disclosed at check-in, we would have respected it. However, no pet policy was provided, even though our reservation through Booking stated the animal policy would be explained upon arrival.

Gabriel was extremely rude and unprofessional during the interaction. He repeatedly cut me off while speaking and even held his hand up in my face to stop me from talking.

We were told that if we left the room, the dogs had to go everywhere with us — including the pool area, fitness center, and dining areas — and could never be left alone for any amount of time. I have never encountered such an unrealistic policy at any hotel.

There was also no designated pet relief area anywhere on the property.

To make matters worse, Gabriel claimed our dogs barked all night, which is completely inaccurate since we were all asleep by around 11 PM. He also ignored a serious safety concern involving another guest’s large dog that aggressively charged into our room after our small Yorkiepoo. The owner could not control their dog, and the only thing that prevented an attack was us forcing the door shut while the large dog was halfway inside the room.

Whoever entered our room while we were gone terrified our dogs so badly that they released a strong defensive odor from fear and stress.

The overall hotel experience was disappointing beyond the pet situation.

Good stay for a good value
Pros:

Clean and comfortable room with nice amenities. Good temperature on the pool with good hours for use. The oatmeal bar at breakfast is nice.

Cons:

The first few cartons of milk we opened at breakfast were curdled even though they were in date. Not sure if this was a manufacturer issue or temp control issue. Everything else we had was fine, no concerns.

Coffee at breakfast was very strong. Maybe a mild flavor option would be nice.

Having a microwave to warm up food and coffee would be a nice touch.

Pillows were very soft. Should have asked for more firm pillows.

Mattress could have been firmer.

Power wash the outdoor entrance area to give the hotel a "wow" factor.
