Pros:

We always love to stay at a SpringHill. They are consistently nice and family friendly. The location and parking is amazing! The lady that worked the desk when we checked in around 5:30 was superb!! She was amazing and I haven’t dealt with staff so friendly in a long time. She was great!!

Cons:

The room had a musty smell. It kind of smelled like wet towels had been in the room for a couple of days.

If it was half the price, it would be a good value, but for the price I paid terrible

The rooms are too close to the interstate super loud in the room low quality windows/glass makes it sound like the cars are right next to you all night. Long hard to sleep.

Pros:

The breakfast was good. The room was nice and clean. The area felt safe close to grocery stores and gas stations and restaurants. Very enjoyable stay.

Close to the hospital we were staying at

Cons:

The wifi wouldn't work at all and this was something I needed to do work. The pool was strong with chlorine. The lady checking me in was very short, didn't tell me much of anything besides the parking and breakfast times, which she told me wrong, she told me til 9 p.m.
The sofa couch in the room had a busted zipper and the shower head had mild build up on it. You would think with paying almost $200 a night this would be better.

Nice Hotel With Convenient Location
Pros:

Stayed for one night while repairs were being done on our home. Hotel is well maintained and is conveniently located near many restaurants. Parking is provided in a covered garage. Check-in process was quick and efficient but the staff was not very personable. The rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious and the a/c worked well. We had a great night's sleep. There was a youth baseball team staying at the hotel the same night. While there were a bunch of young boys being boys and running in the halls & rushing the elevator before people got off, overall they were well behaved. The breakfast buffet was standard and the staff kept the it well stocked even though it was very busy that morning. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay
Pros:

Excellent location, offered water, good parking, great space in the rooms, nice staff. Overall great place I would go back.

Cons:

The bed wasn’t super comfortable and the room fan/AC which you need on, blew right on the bed. I managed but otherwise great space and layout

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay. We did not care for the turkey sausage at all. It was a bit nasty. And I feel like the breakfast choices could have been larger. But all in all it was great. Thank you all so much.
