Pros:

We didn’t really speak to any of the staff as the check and check out is all very much tech focused. Close tot he Shinkansen, the days we stayed Mt Fuji was not visible. Not the friendliest town for tourists we were turned away from a few restaurants but we respect people’s choice. It is close to a 7 eleven and a grocery store.

The beds are very very firm

Pros:

Clean, rainfall shower. Location, adjacent to Shin-Fuji Station.

Cons:

The first room they gave me had an overwhelming stench of cigarette despite it being
supposed to be a non-smoking room.
