素晴らしかったです
Pros:

清潔で、室内の照明がちょうど良く、ベッドの硬さ、高さがちょうど良かったです。

Cons:

強いて言えば室内着がシャツワンピースしかなかったのが残念です。上下別々の方が有難いです。

残念、がっかりの旅でした。
Pros:

ホテルの立地は非常に良いと思います。外国人のお客様が楽しみにしておられたのでマウンテンビューのお部屋をとりました。生憎雨天で富士山が全く見えませんでしたが、晴天なら部屋からの景色は満点だったと思います。駅までの無料シャトルバスは便利でした。

Cons:

なんと言っても接客です。あまりにもひどい。雨天のためバスツアーを予定していましたが、乗り場までの行き方をフロントで尋ねたところ、わからないとか、自分で調べろなど、調べてももらえませんでした。土地勘が全くなく、地元のホテルの方がわからないことを、遠方で初めての人間がわかるわけがありません。不親切極まりないです。また、自販機で菓子類を買った際、システムがよくわからずフロントの方にめんどくさそうに菓子類のボックスの鍵を開けてもらい、どれをとれば良いか尋ねると、書いてある通りだと、ブスッとしたまま説明すらしてもらえませんでした。富士山が見えずがっかりしている客にせめて尋ねたことくらいまともに答えてもらいたいです。富士山が見えれば良い立地でも、富士山が見えなければ、不快感のみ与えられた何の価値もないホテルです。
