It was a great place to stay and the staffs were awesome all throughout our stay.
Pros:

Breakfast selection was great and the location (35th flr) has an awesome view of the city

Good choice if you need a central position within Manila
Pros:

Location, breakfasts, the pool, lobby and other services were top notch. Everything is nice, comfy and tasty.

Cons:

For the price I would expect at least a supply of mineral water, not water that I put in my car (distilled). The room itself was very lived in, which was a stark contrast to the other amenities in the hotel (lobby is mesmerizing, breakfast restaurant and terrace are amazing, service was okay).

Brilliant staff, safe stay, great airport transfer

It has been a month now and they still didn't transfer my deposit and they are charging me twice of this incidental charges which I have already settled during my check out. Both invoices having the same breakdown. The room provided stink and many water drifting from the ceiling. Instead of offering a different room they only sent their house keeping but couldn't help fix anything. I requested for cleaning and changing the towels and bedsheets, they didn't change anything, very dirty! Most of receptionist were not helpful but giggled a lot with foreign guys. If I will not receive my deposit it is stealing from a guest.

Overall okay it was at the center of the cbs good location lots of food options convenient

Roomsize was good decent ver y clean but toiletries like vanity kits had to be requested for shower
