I had an amazing overnight stay at Seda Residences Makati. The bed linens were clean, smelled fresh, and were soft. I had a good sleep and woke up feeling refreshed and rested. I enjoyed my stay so much that I forgot to take photos of the room. The location is conveniently situated near restaurants, a hospital, and malls. The night view was stunning—it offered beautiful city lights. I will definitely go back!

Front office staff and Ireesh from the bar. It was my second time here and I don’t remember her name at front desk, seems to be a supervisor or manager and she’s just excellent. Amazing guest service, nice room assignment and pride and courteous. She’s actually the reason why I chose Seda again, can’t stress enough how amazing the front desk staff is. Rooms are spacious and so beautiful. My fiance was taking a bubble bath overlooking makati in its beauty. Might cost a little more than other hotels but worth every peso
That it’s not in Cebu, I’d go and visit the rooftop bar from time to time haha

This time the breakfast were very confused, divided in 2 salons with part of the food in one an part in other. I will try one more stay next month but if they do not return to serve the breakfast as before, in just one place, i will book another option
Location at Ayala and Amorsolo corner makes this hotel an extremely convenient stay in Makati. Shopping, including a pharmacy and grocery, are easy walking distance. Greenbelt Mall is reachable by elevated walkway, out of traffic. Plenty of restaurant choices in the neighborhood. Misto Restaurant staff remembers us between business trips, always make us welcome with a smile and a good cup of coffee to accompany an ample breakfast buffet. Views from the 35th floor look across Manila to the bay, a pleasant place for drinks in the evening. Jane in housekeeping kept the room tidy, always asked how she could make our stay more comfortable. Good desk space, and we appreciate the kitchenette and living area with private bedroom.
Excellent location, very homey ambiance, and amazing staff. Best part the adorable dog Chobo whom I love.so dearly. Shout out to my housekeeping staff, Jane, who makes my stay much, much comfortable. She consistently makes sure that the room is kept in optimum shape, extra neat, and the sheets are regularly replaced. She makes my life much, much easier!
