Pros:

Appartement de 3 pièces : une chambre avec lit double, douche et toilettes, une autre avec deux lits jumeaux et douche, dans le séjour : un canapé-lit confortable pour deux personnes, une table ronde avec 6 chaises et une cuisine agencée (lave-vaisselle et lave-linge). Accueil souriant, chaleureux et efficace. Super emplacement très proche du Vieux Port et pourtant très calme. 4ème étage avec ascenseur. Nous n'avons pas pris le petit-déjeuner à l'hôtel.

Wonderful port view from our room. Actually we arrived on the morning of Marseilles city carnival. So could watch the incredible action from our window! And very accessible to many eateries, museums and ferried.

The old port location is superb. The hotel is modern and decorated well. The bathroom was a good size, the bedroom area was small.

Cons:

The wardrobe and safe were unusable as the doors could not be opened, the end of the bed was too close. However small a room this is ridiculous and the hotel should make people aware of this fault. The management would not upgrade us without a charge - outrageous given we were there for four nights. Also, they wanted a fee for a late check out.....we will not return.

Disappointed that this location with this price offers this low level of customer service

Central Location. Confortable bed.

Cons:

One slow elevator, they don’t have enough room cards to provide 2 per couple! No water in the room (they provide you with empty bottles that you can fill in at the reception 🤣; we are not at a hostel especially when you only have 1 room key (that also controls the lights in the room of course)! The whole concept was not thought off
