A great base for exploring the region. The hotel is conveniently located close to Venice and well-positioned for anyone looking to travel around the area. The property itself is modern and well-maintained, and despite being near the station, it was pleasantly quiet — we had no issues with noise during our stay. Would recommend for travellers looking for a comfortable and well-connected stopover.
A few minor inconveniences worth mentioning. The drop-off area in front of the hotel is quite limited, making it a little tricky to unload luggage comfortably — something to bear in mind if arriving by car or taxi with a lot of bags. Parking is available at a nearby facility, though the rates are on the pricey side; it is worth asking at the concierge for a discount before heading there. Finally, we found an empty bottle of prosecco in the minibar upon arrival, which was not the best first impression — that said, the concierge responded quickly, replaced it promptly and apologised, which we appreciated.

We stayed on two separate occasions at this modern hotel - before and after travelling to the Dolomites. Located on the mainland and close to Mestre train station and bus depot - it provides easy access to Venice or the airport. The bathroom contained a separate shower from the basin and toilet and bidet. The main bedroom area contained a safe, TV and small refrigerator. The Kingsize bed was extremely comfortable. The blockout blinds were effective. The buffet breakfast was plentiful and staff at the 24 hour front desk helpful. Across the road was a pizza and gelati shop for a quick and tasty evening meal.
No kettle in the bedroom only a Nespresso coffee machine.

Would have appreciated a free or at least hotel-managed airport shuttle. Limited to cabs or private service; not yet using UBER (which costs more than the cabs ordered by the hotel).

Receptionist at booking in friendly & helpful
Air conditioning wasn’t working. Room was extremely hot & we asked 3 times for something to be done. Eventually had to go to bed & open the window & was very noisy & couldn’t sleep.
It’s only five minutes to the station and the breakfast and coffee are great. The staff and facilities are very new and clean.
