The 10th floor was above all noise and excellent for sleeping.
Funny to say but the elevator service is superb.
The walk to the station is rough.
A shuttle service to the train station would be an excellent added service.
Excelente hotel com excelente localização (ao lado da estação de trem e bons restaurantes) e café da manhã. Quarto deluxe extremamente agradável. Pena não ter estacionamento, mas há opções pagas nas redondezas.

We really enjoyed our stay here and found it to be a great base for exploring Venice. The hotel is only a couple of minutes’ walk from the train station, and trains to Venice are very frequent — roughly every 10 minutes — and only cost around €2 per person. The journey takes just 10–12 minutes, making it incredibly easy and convenient.
We actually preferred staying here rather than directly in Venice. Venice has lots of stairs, cobblestones and bridges, which can make getting around with luggage quite difficult, and you may end up needing to pay for help with your bags. Staying here meant we could simply walk to the station and be in Venice very quickly.
It’s also a great base if you’re travelling further around Italy. When we left, we caught the fast train to Florence from the same station, which was very convenient.
There’s also an excellent pizza restaurant just around the corner. The food was amazing, and they also had gelato, cocktails and a full restaurant menu.
The hotel was comfortable and had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was large and spacious, and the room had a coffee machine and TV. It wasn’t luxurious, but it was clean, comfortable and perfectly adequate for our stay.
Overall, if you’re looking for a convenient and comfortable place to stay while visiting Venice, I’d definitely recommend it. The location and easy train connection make it a really good base.
The room didnt have a kettle, just a coffee machine. I only drink tea. They may have had one if i asked but i didnt bother.

Best places to use a base to take the train to Venice. The best part is their breakfast buffet & they also have a restaurant for lunch & dinner with amazing pizza, pasta & burgers.
Excellent location. Close to restaurants and train station.
Location is great, stuff is very nice and helpful. Room fresh and nice, you have everything you need - slippers, robes, tea, coffee , water. Breakfast was also good.
