Amazing Place
Pros:

This hotel is absolutely amazing!! The check in was smooth, the room was incredible and so big, the bathroom was so big and I felt safe in the area!!

Cons:

The only thing that was a little disappointing was the bathtub!! The booking said disabled bathtub and when I went to look, it was the height of the middle of my shin and I’m 5’7.

Habitación limpia, amplia y muy agradable. Techos muy altos. Instalaciones modernas. Jabón olor cítrico muy agradable. Buen desayuno, completo y con suficiente sitio para estar agusto. Buen fitness center cn fuente de agua.

Great stay, fab staff, comfy room with a lovely shower at a very reasonable price
Pros:

Clean, big rooms, super friendly staff - and the shower was amazing. I was very pleasantly surprised, especially since the price was so reasonable. The free EV charger was an added bonus.

Cons:

Nothing important to not like. It would have been nice with a couple of bottles of water in the room but when I asked at the front desk they gave me complimentary bottles.

Either a booking issue or a best western issue, but either way I’ll never use best western again.
Pros:

Clean rooms

Cons:

Charged duplicate charges (full room price twice) in addition to hold for incidentals. Repeated emails to property without them fixing duplicate charges.

Wir bekamen ein Upgrade, weil das eigentliche Zimmer noch nicht fertig war, vielen Dank dafür! War alles top, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Frühstück war auch gut.

Great value and convenient location
Pros:

Good breakfast options and hours, with coffee and tea available 24 hours. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The kitchenette room is great for longer stays with dishes, utensils, and pots and pans provided. Bed was very comfortable. Small exercise room with great selection of weights and equipment, but can be a little crowded when multiple people are there at the same time. Location is also quite convenient to everything in the OKC metro area - 20 minutes to Edmond, 15 minutes to Norman, 15 minutes to airport.

Cons:

Housekeeping could be a bit better. The room was not filthy, but our room had several stains on the carpet that a carpet cleaner would remove and every time our room was cleaned they forgot to empty either the kitchen or the living room trash can.

Hôtel parfait mais attention! Caution importante à donner.

Hébergement parfait!

Cons:

Pas apprécié la caution de 350$ à donner pour un paiement cash et détail pas du tout précisé sur booking.
On arrive et on a la surprise!

It was a wonderful.
Pros:

I enjoy staying in this hotel. Staff were nice. So did the breakfast. I especially appreciate the lemon water in the front. The EV charger was very helpful to me.

I’m staying there again tonight on my way back home.
