Overpriced and underserviced
Pros:

The location was excellent, but the room and hotel facilities fell short of our expectations according to the price we paid.
Breakfast was varied, but no alternative to powdered scramble eggs or difficult to peel boiled eggs was offered.

Cons:

Pillows were hard and no alternative was available. There was no coffee or tea making in the room, but this was supplied after a few days when I complained.
There was no bar, except a terrace service, which was rarely manned.

Exceptionally amazing.
Pros:

The hotel's location was right in the heart of the city making it incredibly convenient to explore and get around on my own. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained. I also appreciated the complimentary breakfast, which was a nice touch. Since I had a 4 am flight, the hotel thoughtfully packed breakfast for me to take along. The staff were exceptional friendly and attentive. One of the best hotel experiences I've had.

Cons:

Would have been nice to have a window facing outwards.

Very good choice!
Pros:

Perfectly situated hotel, clean and comfortable with amazing personnel at the reception desk… their professionalism, friendly attitude and hospitality made our stay so pleasant! Thanks ladies!!! We felt fully welcomed and taken care of… appreciate it a lot!
I would definitely recommend Roma as a base for exploring Florence!
They offer valet parking and cope with ZTL regulations as well which may be interesting and important for those who travel by car.
