Atendimento excelente, café da manha variado, localização ótima, a alguns minutos a pé das principais atrações de Florença e pertinho da Estação de trem (chegamos de trem e conseguimos ir ao hotel a pé, mesmo com 4 malas). Tivemos um upgrade grátis de quarto e nosso quarto era gigante! Roupas de cama e banho eram boas, cama confortável. Recomendo muito e ficaria lá novamente! Ah, e tem uma farmácia logo do lado, além de ótimos restaurantes

Lovely hotel, good service and well located.
Pros:

We really enjoyed our last night in Florence at this hotel. The hotel staff were welcoming and very helpful. Our room was exceptionally clean, the beds were comfy and it was a very pretty room with views out onto the square. It was also very conveniently located to both the train station and not far from the airport. We would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is in a convenient location for the train station. The desk staff is welcoming and very helpful. Our room was very pretty, very clean and had views over the main square.

Room full of mosquitoes, kept my money
Pros:

When I checked into my room, they handed me a giant metal keychain that said I need to return it to the fromt every time I go in and out of the hotel.

Then went I got to my room, there was a mosquito infestation. I counted dozens of them in the room. I immediately wentvto the front desk, but noticed they were also buzzing around the hallways. Because of this I asked for a refund.

They have since refused to refund my money even though I declined a different room. I wasn't going to pay $300 to get eaten alive overnight. They told me it wasn't a big deal and that Florence has many mosquitoes.

I checked into my previous hotel Davanzati. No mosquitoes, no attitude, way better experience. I recommend them.

No stanze lato strada, per il resto ottimo.

Cons:

Abbiamo richiesto una suite e ci hanno dato un'appartamento a lato dell'Hotel. Purtroppo eravamo posizionati sopra un bar/locale che hanno urlato fino alle 3 del mattino. Alle 4 del mattino invece raccolgono la spazzatura. Bellissimo appartamento ma impossibile dormire.
