Poor rooms and old furnishings - dirty bathroom - wind tunnel in the corridor all night and day

Pros:

Very clean hotel. Good location. Not too far from the city centre.

Cons:

No air conditioning working in the bar area. Most staff were very nice but a few of the younger staff really couldn't care less. Pity. Correct hospitality training should be made a priority here.

Pros:

Breakfast was okay

Cons:

Upgraded to king suite. Food waste disposed on window of the room. The smell was horrible when we arrived and we only figured it out later than evening. Was then told it was cleaned when it clearly wasn’t. Got offered “A coffee from the bar” or “a dinner” if I came back again.

Not a bad place to stay for overnight
Pros:

A comfortable hotel located a long way from the main town of Cork

Cons:

Restaurant was ordinary. On arrival the hotel was full of guests attending something so very noisy with children running everywhere

Pokój czysty z pięknym widokiem na rzekę. Wygodne łóżko.

Cons:

Pokój potrzebuje remontu. Zwłaszcza łazienka. Brak prysznica, tylko wanna z plastikową kotarą. Dla mnie osobiście bardzo, bardzo niehigieniczne rozwiązanie. Uszczerbione kafelki przy wannie.
Dywany na korytarzu i w windzie.
Jakość do ceny absolutnie nieadekwatna.
