The bathroom was in a poor state of repair. The bedroom had evidently not been cleaned as there were hairs in many parts of the room, bloodstains on the mattress protector and a toenail in the bed. As a result, we were uncomfortable staying at the property and cut our stay short.

Room was to warm no air con , the bar was poorly stocked and understaffed went to the bar it was small and was very noisy

There was dirt in two colors of the bathroom ( under the sink and beside the shower) the cistern was leaking, the shower curtin was dirt, there were hairs in the shower/bath, the shower/bath was very narrow. The curtains had dust bunnies on the side by the bed up high, and the part of the curtain facing the windows was dirty....it looked like something was sprayed on them.....doggy. also the white parts of the windows in the coners were black with dirt. There was an awful alectri hum through out our stay (and road noise, buy being that close to the main road you'd expect that) and I found the bed very uncomfortable. It was a king coil mattress so this surprised me, but the sides of the mattress had no strength and collapsed when you sat on the bed. When in bed I felt like the bed wanted us both to be in the middle, it was not comfortable for me. I did not have a good sleep and by morning my back was stiff. Also there was just the curtains, so they were either open or closed and if open everyone can see straight into the room, the window is the width of the room, so you are either in darkness or have no privacy. At €220 per night I would have expected better. I did not raise these issues at check out, because I did not want to be offered breakfast nor did I want to be offered credit to stay here again, as I wouldn't stay here again...even for free.

Paid for breakfast when booking my wife and daughter went for breakfast at 7am only to be told breakfast was not included so they paid extra I went to reception and nearly had to argue with the manager then had to show him my copy of the booking
I went down for breakfast myself and the other guests again were told that no breakfast had been book so once again had to got to reception and speak with the manager
Carpets in the rooms were lifting in the centre of the room creating a trip hassard floors were not hoovered and dirty bed covers
Will not stay there again

Several facets:

The bathroom was equipped with only a very high shower, this is not ideal for me as I must avoid water to my eyes. The hose attachment for the wall fitting was not present.

There was no sign that the bathroomn sink had been cleaned on Saturday.


NO Air Conditioning - the rooms were stifling despite opening windows and using the portable fan.

The pillows are very poor quality, some akin to a pillow slip of foam marbles, others so hard your neck would be under stress.

One of the bedside cabinets had stains from a spillage on arrival and still there on departure.

A very depressing outlook from the room over the flat roof of a work area/car park and lorry park beyond.

My restuarant experiencel on Friday evening was at best shocking, the attention to service very lacking, extremely slow too. The tables of choice were unclean. No cutlery was brought to the table when the food eventually arrived I had to ask for silverware!

The meal - a 'signature dish' of Asian noodles with vegetables was simply noodles amassed with red onion a fewl corgette pieces and two strips of rock hard carrot.
The wine was stale, and rejected.

Still hungry I opted for dessert. Requesting no custard on the dish - instead, the apple pie was on a bed of bitter chocolate sauce - I left it.

Yes, I did speak to the young restuarant manager - he deducted the 'apple pie' yet still charged me all else!

Hallways various were littered with laundry bags and cleaners trolleys throughout the stay.

Reception catered with booking my taxi to return to the airport. Was a surcharge added? It cost 6+ Euros more for the same distance.

It needs a deep clean and a major overhaul . Generally shabby and understaffed. The staff that are there move at a snails pace. Boiling hot, no very basic air conditioning. The fan in the bathroom in our room didn't work . It really was very disappointing, filthy carpets everywhere and an overwhelming smell of mildew and damp.

The restaurant's service needs improvement. When I was seated at my table and given the menu, I was not asked if I wanted to order a drink. When the waiter finally came to take my order, I ordered food and drink. I then waited another long time, and finally my food came, but not my drink. I don't know about others, but I expect my drink order to be taken when I'm seated and served while I'm browsing the menu. I recommend the staff implement this service.

No Aircon in the room, no fridge in the room. A big cobweb on the window, the shower curtain was dirty, there was black on the tiles. And €300 for one night, no breakfast, shocking! The lady at reception wasn't very helpful when we asked her could she book us a taxi. And I was never told that if I was paying cash, that I would have to pay a security deposit of €250!! Will never stay here again!!!

Cod was very poor had to send it back.

Absolutely no air conditioning in the building. The room was so hot it felt like sleeping in a lunchbox. No toilet paper or tissue in the bathroom. Phone in the room not working.
