A functional, friendly stay, let down by the lack of cleanliness
Pros:

Staff were very nice and location was convenient for what we needed.

Cons:

It was definitely not clean. We arrived to the room and there were several beer bottles, dirty dishes etc lined up outside our door in the hall and then there was leftover food which had been missed by the cleaner in the room. The toilet broke after one flush but the aforementioned good staff did fix it for us.

Pros:

Beds were comfortable

Cons:

Bath tub was dirty upon arrival as was a towel which was rolled up as a clean towel. Bar staff appeared distracted talking to each other, we had to request cutlery after our meal arrived, despite it being quiet and plenty of staff on duty, drinks tasted as though they were mixed incorrectly (cocktails) staff appeared uncertain of how to make them, this was evident via observation. I'm not usually someone to complain but I feel for the price we paid it was not up to standard and would not be recommending this hotel nor would I be returning.

Staff were friendly, cleanliness was very good. I was just disappointed about the check-in/out times
Pros:

Location was good, friendly staff

Cons:

Check in wasn’t until 3pm ( we had gotten an email to say it was ready from 2pm but we were travelling so weren’t around to check in earlier, we planned to arrive as soon as we could check in) check out was a very early 11am. Not even 24hrs in the room

Great location to get to other areas if you have wheels!
Pros:

The location is a bit far from city center..and the bus is ok, however lengthy, but city parking is a nightmare. The facilities were lovely and quite comfortable. Breakfast area was interestingly placed on a lower level, easiest to reach by stairs. The breakfast offerings were sufficient and tasty, nothing exceptional. The morning area staff was incredible. Always pleasant and helpful with smiles and making sure if you needed anything.

Cons:

Kind of rude to rent umbrellas..I understand the economics but the optics as your first enter the hotel made us question our decision.
