I was glad I was only staying for 1 night and moving to another the next day.

Room was comfortable but not the overall experience with staff, and giving false information.

Staff is horrible. When I checked in my booking had breakfast but the receptionist mentioned they stopped serving breakfast and it’s a grab and go, however, the next morning when I went for checkout and to get my breakfast bag the next receptionist said today they served full breakfast without notice and now the breakfast is over. I told her about the misinformation, the lady mentioned last night staff will come today night for duty and she can ask him. Whereas I paid the night including breakfast for 2 adults and 2 kids. My kids were hungry and lucky there is a McDonalds nearby which I could use as alternative. But the receptionist was rude and never acknowledged the mistake and didn’t even apologize for that. Not sure how booking.com accepts this misinformation. If you don’t serve breakfast have guts to say that! Additionally, there were no water bottles in the room and when asked we were told that they don’t provide any.

Just don’t book here. You can get better for the same price.

Everything. Staff was unfriendly. We left our room, closed the door, and when we got back later that day, door was open. We went to staff about it and they said it was “impossible”. That nobody has access to our room. But my husband and I KNOW we closed the door. Especially given that they close automatically anyways. Nothing was missing thank goodness. Pillow were uncomfortable. Blankets are thin and feel like sandpaper. We asked for extra blankets, and we were given one. When we went to ask staff for another one, they said they gave us 2 already and that was all they were “allowed” to give us.
