Decent place for an overnight stay.
Pros:

Location. And I like the shuttle service, which is shared with other nearby hotels. Room was clean and in good repair.

Cons:

The listing here clearly says coffee makers in the rooms. When I asked I was informed none of the rooms have coffee makers. But the machine in the breakfast area is on 24/7.
Bathroom supplies are pretty bare-bones. Only bar soap and little bottle of shampoo/conditioner mix.
Disappointing breakfast: only available protein is cream cheese?

The interior is not fancy or upscale, but the stay is comfortable and serves as a good place to go.

I really appreciated the complimentary airport shuttle and daily breakfast. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the thoughtful touches—like a shelf of free snacks and personal care items—made my stay truly special. It is the small things that make a big difference, and I hope they continue this wonderful service.

Cons:

While the refrigerator didn't keep my food as cold as I hoped, and the shower head needed a slight adjustment to keep the water off the ceiling, I really appreciated the secure environment. Having to enter through the front door made me feel safe, and I completely understand why access is controlled this way.

Adequate for last minute airport stay but needs a refresh asap!

Location was convenient but it needs a total refresh. The room had been adequately redone but the common areas were dingy and worn. The smell of smoke was present in all the halls and common areas.

the staff was not helpful. when we called about shuttle service to hotel. they were vague. we waited at the shuttle sign for over an hour- called the hotel several times- they said the shuttle was coming but neglected to explain that they had cancelled their regular airport shuttle service and that the shuttle they used picked up customers across the road.
The hotel stopped answering our calls and we finally grabbed a cab.
The room we received was marginally clean, very worn out and no hot water, pcs of laminate on the furniture torn off . It was not a pleasant place to stay.

The clerk at the check-in counter was friendly

Cons:

Parking lot full of potholes; the hotel is in serious need of repair. The hallways and doors are dingy. The room did have a new ac unit which was nice but the bath tub was disgusting. Moldy areas growing where the caulking should have been and the tub was not clean. Doors and wall paper stained.
I am sure the staff is doing the best it can; the owner of this property needs to do a proper renovation.

Affordable and convenient for short stays, though the facility is dated.
Pros:

The hotel is conveniently located with a shuttle service that was available when we flew at Bradley at 1AM. The staff are extremely helpful and were able to quickly address my concerns. During my stay, at least, the wifi was fast (I was on a second floor room). Bonus thing I like is my room's vantage point with a clear view of the airport. Nice if you want to do some casual plane spotting. Most importantly, the place is affordable.

Cons:

The carpets on the hallways are dirty and old. The overall vibe of the entire place and the room is "tired." Bathrooms are dated and may need some maintenance, but at least, they worked as designed. The breakfast is decent with limited choices, which could be OK for short stays, not for someone like me who was there for two weeks.

Could be slightly better priced.
Pros:

Was available at the last moment and there was a pick up and drop shuttle provided by hotel.

Cons:

My stay was for just a night. For cost I paid for the room I expected little more convenience and comfort. Bed and lighting was average. There was nothing much for the breakfast. There was nothing available which was freshly made.
