Buena pero un poco irrespetuosa
Pros:

La comida del restaurante es muy rica y el servicio a la habitación muy rápida, las instalaciones tienen todo lo necesario, además está en una muy buena ubicación.

Cons:

Durante la mañana, en dos ocasiones el personal de limpieza entro sin tocar la puerta. La primera, yo estaba dormida aún y cuando entró la chica y se dio cuenta se salió y cerró. En la otra ocasión la puerta estaba cerrada con los dos seguros, incluso me asome para decirle que estaba cerrado.
Entiendo que no tenía el letrero de "no molestar" pero ni siquiera se tomaron la molestia de tocar la puerta.

Las habitaciones, me cambiaron 2 veces de cuarto por desperfectos.
1ero no funcionaba el AA de la habitación. Me cambiaron a otra y la 2da tenía una fuga en la regadera que mojo todo el pasillo.

esta super accesible la ubicación, estacionamiento cómodo. esta justo frente a paseo san pedro y muy cerca de arboleda, el colchon es supeeeer comodo

Maravilloso lugar
Pros:

Excelentes habitaciones, los desayunos super ricos, las habitaciones muy limpias y cómodas, y la ubicación perfecta, cerca de todos los lugares de interés de Monterrey. Lo recomiendo al 100%. El hotel tiene un bar muy lindo con buenas comidas

El servicio de vallet parking amable
El proceso de check in y check out fueron muy rápido
La atención previa a la llegada fue buena y amable

Cons:

Se nota que falta mucho personal en el hotel
Las instalaciones donde estaba la alberca están descuidadas y rotas. La alberca estaba sucia
Dentro de la habitación hizo falta un bote de basura.
En general el hotel está descuidado.

Disruptive and disappointing
Pros:

Location is good.

Cons:

The interior of the building is not very clean, and the pool is quite small. The restaurant opens late for breakfast, which itself is very basic and lacks variety.

There is constant noise throughout the property, making it difficult to rest. If you are looking for a peaceful stay, this is not the place—you can hear everything happening on the rooftop, which is extremely disruptive and disappointing
