Desayuno no hubo, el lugar esta céntrico, económico, grande y limpio.

Que no servía el elevador y por un problema de mi madre no puede subir tantas escaleras, nos dieron habitación en segundo piso, de ahi a primer piso no alcanzamos planta baja pero estabamos a nada del mundial así que entiendo esa situación.

Great and helpful staff. Clean facility and clean rooms to come back to after a long day of exploring the city.
Pros:

Location and staff. Everything from food to things to do was all within walking distance. The staff was a great help during my stay and they kept everything clean and organized.

Cons:

Everything was great except for being unable to watch some of the World Cup games, but that wasn’t much of an issue as el Zocalo was a 10 minute walk away and thus I could watch the games there. No real negatives about the hotel, everything was better than expected.
