Obvious experience with racial profiling upon check-in. My room was booked under the state's virtual card program, which is a card provided by my job. I'm a black man and the white woman checking me in appeared to be completely unaware of this virtual card program and required me to contact my job and ask for an authorization form at 8:00 p.m. in the evening when I arrived. Very worrying and unprofessional.
The room was okay but I'm not going to lie the entire hotel and room smelled like 💩 tbh and it was a bit annoying
Location perfect, very clean, and well kept hotel.
Breakfast items could have been kept warm. Waffles were hard. Plates were not always available. No napkins and regular coffee available throughout the meal time.
The property was very clean and looked really nice. The breakfast was great. Everything tasted good was nice and warm. Good variety plenty of seating.
Comfy bed. Spacious room
It wasnt that clean. Some fixtures broken or crooked. I wasnt crazy about the art or colors or rug. Tiny coffee machine but it did work.

I had a very nice and comfortable stay at Hyatt Place Fresno. The hotel was clean, convenient, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, I am satisfied with my experience and would consider staying here again.
Overall, the hotel was nice and clean. My only complaints were that the TV in my room did not work and that there was a recurring noise coming from the AC panel, or possibly the plumbing. I also noticed that the hotel seemed understaffed, especially in the kitchen. It was difficult to watch the kitchen staff working so hard and trying to keep up with the demands of a full hotel.

The hotel staff were very friendly from the check in process, to the housekeepers, the cooks and ground keepers. Loved that my dog was very much welcomed. The hotel and hotel room was very clean and I felt extremely comfortable being there.
I can’t think of anything I did not like.
