Fascino storico nel cuore di Puebla
Pros:

Hotel storico nel pieno centro di Puebla, davvero affascinante e ricco di storia. Il patio e le aree comuni sono particolarmente belli, eleganti e raffinati, con un’atmosfera suggestiva che valorizza il carattere storico della struttura. La camera era confortevole, anche se un po’ piccola e con un arredamento un po' datato. Molto piacevole il bar-ristorante, situato in un ambiente davvero suggestivo. Staff gentile e disponibile, soprattutto al bar. Nel complesso, un soggiorno molto piacevole.

Full of character – but not for a quiet evening
Pros:

We only stayed for one night, with an early departure the following morning, but our overall impression of the hotel itself was very positive. It has a wonderful atmosphere and plenty of character, and our room was very nice. Natural light was somewhat limited, but this is understandable given the historic nature of the building.

The location is excellent, right in the heart of the historic centre and within easy walking distance of the main sights. We also really appreciated that the hotel kindly allowed us to check in early.

Cons:

The major negative for us was the extremely noisy evening entertainment in the central courtyard, directly in front of our room. This involved a singer, orchestra and amplified sound, and the noise level was so high that it was difficult to have a normal conversation inside our room without significantly raising our voices.

We had not been made aware of the rather ambitious evening entertainment either when booking or at check-in. This was particularly disappointing as we had specifically requested a quiet room because of our early departure the following morning.

The hotel can be strongly recommended for its atmosphere and character, but guests should be aware that it can be very – at times extremely – noisy in the evenings. Better advance information and room allocation for guests requesting quiet rooms would make a significant difference.

Cons:

Me sorprendio que un hotel de estas caracteristicas no tuviera cama king.
La cafeteria y pizzeria nuevas le han dado un toque mas comercial y menos boutique al hotel

Not so clean on all room corners
There is no refrigerator, neither any boiler for tea/coffee in the room
