STAY AWAY! WORST RUN HOTEL. NOISE EVERYWHERE

The staff are fantastic. Nice people

Cons:

The consequences were immediate. We were unable to dine outside either the evening we arrived or the following morning, as the space was given over to preparations for a morning party. Then, at 6:00 AM, the event began in earnest: music blasting and someone shouting into a microphone. The very interior room we had requested for its quiet became the epicenter of the noise. At 6:15 AM, I encountered another guest on the stairs, visibly exasperated and on her way to complain as well. Clearly, we were not alone.

As a final indignity, we were charged for parking upon departure.

The issue here is not one unfortunate morning; it is a fundamental failure of transparency and consideration. Management knew precisely why we had requested an interior room and knew precisely what was scheduled for the next morning, yet chose to say nothing. Whether this reflects incompetence or simple indifference to guests, the result is the same.

We will never return and we cannot in good conscience recommend this hotel to anyone who values rest, honesty, or basic courtesy.

Un hotel hermoso, pero el descanso de sus huéspedes no fue prioridad.

Hotel hermoso, bien ubicado, personal muy atento, habitaciones cómodas y elegantemente decoradas.

Cons:

Lamentablemente, nuestra estancia se vio empañada por el ruido excesivo de una celebración nupcial que se prolongó hasta las 2:00 a. m. Al reclamar, amablemente nos ofrecieron otra habitación, pero trasladar a mi madre de 84 años a medianoche resultaba inconveniente. Aunque redujeron el volumen, considero inaceptable que un hotel de esta categoría no garantice el descanso de sus huéspedes. Nunca nos advirtieron del evento ni ofrecieron alternativas anticipadamente. Una lamentable falta de previsión administrativa.

Me gustó mucho la ubicación porque está muy céntrico y caminando llegas a muchos lugares. También me gustó la comodidad de la habitación, las camas y la limpieza en general

Me gustó el brunch en cuestión de variedad , calidad y sabor, mi única recomendación sería mejorar el trato de los meseros. Tardaban mucho en traernos café y uno respondió un poco grosero cuando preguntamos si había mimosas, nos dijo que no había y justo preguntamos porque vimos que en una mesa de junto les llevaron unas.
