El hotel es muy bonito, todo muy limpio, ordenado y el personal es muy educado.

Cons:

Nos tocó una habitación alrededor del patio principal, y aunque están muy bonitas y espaciosas, ya están un poco viejas, el clóset huele mucho a madera vieja,el piso como es de madera suena demasiado cuando caminas, en general se ve una habitación bien cuidada pero vieja.

Cons:

la persona que nos recibió muy amablemente y con mucha emoción nos indico que se nos habia asignado una habitación de categoria superior. La verdad que era una habitación normal de un Camino Real y no del nivel de Quinta Real. Y algo importante el area de la regadera es de mas menos .80 por 1.00 metros. Muy pequeño e incomodo. La IA indica que para la categoria de Quinta Real minimo deberia ser de 1.5 por 1.5 mts.

Excellent location! Beautiful hotel with lots of history. Reception staff were very courteous.
Pros:

The breakfast was satisfactory. And the evening coffee and sweets were delicious.

Excelente Ubicación y el edificio colonial hermoso. Habitación muy cómoda y las camas muy confortables.

Cons:

La señorita que nos atendió para el check in un poco grosera y al decirle quen yo había entendido que había desayuno en la tarifa respondió muy agresiva.

Don’t stay here.
Pros:

The worst experience ever. Pictures of the property and the reality were very different. The room smelled like staled molded bread. Toilet placement very awkward and tight, unless a person is 4 feet tall. They had a promotional wedding planner party all day. Could not get any rest. Stayed for two nights and was charged for 3. Don’t stay here, unless you want to have a terrible time.
