It was Okeish.
Pros:

The room was apparently more spacious than most of the hotels in tokyo. It was clean, the cleaning was done regularly and the amenities were nice. The location was ok. 5-10 min walks from 4 different metro station. The hotel smelled good. Possibility to store ur luggage after check out. Ac worked great. The utilities were all there and functional.

Cons:

The bed was kinda small. The hotel staff refused to provide an additional blanket and gave very thin warps. It was horrible. No lounge to sit and work. The stand for luggage in the room was too small if u dont have a carry on. Kinda far from the rest of the city but it was better priced and quite (which might take your experience away from experiencing the hype of the city and spend lots of time in the metro).

I will stay here again
Pros:

1. Convenience - literally 100m away from the entrance of Hamacho station.
2. Location - close enough to everything, great for families that want peaceful Tokyo vibes but still feel the buzz of the city.
3. Good value for money all round

Pros:

Hotel ottimo, bello, belle camere (non grandissime, ma pulite).
Dentifrici, spazzolini, pettini, creme, collutorio, etc., insomma oggetti di cura per il corpo sono disponibili all’entrata.
Lo staff è disponibile (hanno tenuto la nostra valigia), forse potrebbero essere più sorridenti.
Il quartiere residenziale è molto tranquillo e vicino a linee di metro.
