Pros:

Property was nicely maintained. Room was large enough. Bed was comfortable, minibar was available with no extra charge. Toilettries were nice. Location is good for the area where I was working. Also it has an Auchan right across, a boulangeries and rotisserie next door. Very convenient. Metro stops 6 mins away. Bus stop 5 mins away. Overall location and facilities are good!

Top Lage und gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis
Pros:

Top Lage beim Eiffelturm. Trotz der zentralen Lage ist das Hotel ruhig gelegen. Preis Leistung ist super und wir würden wieder in dieses Hotel gehen.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war uns einfach zu teuer, deswegen haben wir direkt beim Bäcker neben dem Hotel gefrühstückt. Die Parksituation ust auch nicht klar, wir mussten uns erst noch durchfragen wegen dem Parking. Das war auch sehr teuer. Es gibt einen negativen Punkt, den das Hotel unbedingt ändern muss. In der Lobby sind zwei Vögel (Wellensittiche) in einen sehr kleinen Käfig gesperrt. Das ist absolut nicht tolerierbar, die armen Vögel haben viel zu wenig Platz und kein Tageslicht . Bitte ändern Sie das umgehend.

Le Marquis best small hotel experience ever
Pros:

First stay here was in 2019. 2026 was my second but won't be our last. The small aspect of the property make everything close and convenient (Eiffel Tower is very close by). But the large part of the Le Marquis is the service. The staff here is warm and welcoming and will do everything possible to help you enjoy your stay in Paris. Oh and that breakfast....always a great way to start the day.

Calme et chaud
Pros:

L’emplacement, le calme, la climatisation

Cons:

La petite taille de la salle de bain avec une baignoire pas très pratique
Le petit déjeuner décevant : la qualité des produits n’est pas à la hauteur des 22€ par personne. Salade de fruits de très mauvaise qualité.

Pros:

受付のコンシェルジュの方が親切で、到着した時に安心感がありました。部屋は清潔で、メッセージカードもあり嬉しかったです。エッフェル塔まで歩いてすぐで、スーパーやコンビニ、公園も近く、モトピケ駅もすぐで便利でした。帰りのタクシーも正確でした。

Great location, great stay.
Pros:

The room was a good size for the two of us, clean and comfortable. It's in a nice area with lots of boulangeries and restaurants. The Eiffel Tower, the Metro and buses are close by. A bonus is that there is a laundromat around the corner and a grocery store across the street. We were on the 6th floor. We had a glimpse of the Eiffel Tower out our window. We would stay here again.
