I would recommend this hotel for a peaceful stay with a great view.
Pros:

Quiet, good location, beautiful view
Comfortable bed

Cons:

Breakfast was ok but not great
Curtain rod fell out of the ceiling
They forgot to turn on the hot water switch so we couldn’t work out why we had no hot water.

Amazing, would definitely recommend!
Pros:

The rooms were so clean and cosy! The location is great, with beautiful views, especially from the rooftop bar. It was really easy for me to get to the places I wanted to see, and the staff were soo friendly and helpful, they made my stay 10/10 and even gave me a beautiful souvenir at checkout. Would definitely recommend staying here!

The hotel is old and in need of a complete refurbishment, there was building works happening during our stay which wasn’t great. Our room had no shower door, this had been removed before we arrived as there was dirty foot prints in the bathroom. The room needed a good clean, everything had a film of dirt of it. The door entry system didn’t work, we would swipe the key about eight times before it opened. The sunset bar was open until 10pm according to the intro sheet we given on arrival, on the evening we went to the bar it was closed at 9pm when we asked why they said it closes at 9pm. I think they opened it that evening.

A great stay, surrounded by nature and great sunset view!
Pros:

Our room has a good view of the scenery around. The bed is big and comfortable. The breakfast is good and the breakfast area looks out to a nice view of nature. The staff are extremely helpful.

Pros:

There is a pool, that will cool you down after a hot day, water there is cold. Room is nice, quite spacy, facilities all are good. Rooftop is cozy and sweet. Check-in was in the early morning, it seems to have 24-hr reception, or so. We left our bags and drove right into hills to discover beautiful places. There is a nice scooter rental right next door.

Cons:

Hotel itself and services are good.
Though bicycles state is really bad, especially comparing to other hotels. We took two best of them and it felt as they will fall apart under me :D Other bicycles has problems as broken brakes, bent disks and bald wheels. Though they're free (as the most stays there)

This was one of our favorite stays in Vietnam. The hotel, staff, views, and area was great.
Pros:

The location just a short walk from Tam Coc town. The view from the room and the rooftop bar of the rice paddies and mountains. The staff were very friendly. The free bikes were handy. The pool was lovely, clean and cool. The breakfast was nice and we loved the boutique style of the hotel, nice and small and homely.

Great stay, perfect location
Pros:

Fantastic stay! The location was perfect, just a few hundred metres from the main street.10min walk from the river tour.The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. Rooms were immaculate and very comfortable.I have booked junior sweet with a balcony and view were stunning, roof top bar were amazing. Highly recommend!"

Lovely spot, great views, amazing staff
Pros:

Leo was awesome, so helpful, friendly, approachable and always smiling. So was the guy making coctails up stairs. Like that you had some games up there you could play while enjoying a coctail and fantastic view. Could stay open a little later.

Nice and peaceful
Pros:

Well located, near to everything you need and being the same time away from the noise. Great rooftop bar with nice drinks and great and calm view. Very nuce staff and helpfull.

Cons:

Not a real issue, but an update would help.

La posizione. In generale la struttura è concepita bene. Colazione buona. Biciclette gratuite a disposizione.

Cons:

Ci hanno addebitato il prezzo dell’early check-in senza preavviso nonostante avessi chiesto preventivamente tramite mail; inoltre il check-in è stato veramente difficile dato che la persona alla reception non sapeva gestire le nostre richieste e ha dovuto fare tre telefonate ai suoi colleghi. La struttura è molto vecchia e la manutenzione andrebbe rifatta. Pubblicizzano servizi spa che poi non corrispondono a quelli realmente disponibili.
