Great location, the place is beautiful, and the staff is so friendly and helpful

Cons:

This is a very minor nitpick but there are times where valet parking can be a bit backed up and quite slow. This isn't a complaint, everyone gets rush times but there were some times where we were waiting longer than what might be considered average. Plan ahead so that you can call before you need your car and you'll be good to go

Great room in NOLA center
Pros:

The room is great and modern, we loved the radio station inside the room, Max at the front desk is super nice and friendly, thanks to him !

Pros:

Situato appena fuori dal quartiere francese, in una zona sicura e tranquilla. Letto comodo e camera piccola, ma confortevole. Pulizia perfetta sia in camera che nel resto della struttura. Il personale è stato sempre gentile e disponibile ed il deposito cauzionale è stato sbloccato il giorno stesso del check out.

Has a good stay. The smell of mildew was the worst part.

How close it was to everything. Good location.

Cons:

My room had a mildew smell and the air conditioner leaked. There wasn’t a lot of light in the room, but it was manageable.
It should also be clearer about the valet situation.

I would never stay here again nor would I recommend it to anyone.

Cons:

The A/C didn’t work in the rooms, our or our friends room. We turned down the thermostat and it never got below 71° in the rooms, which I believe it was closer to 75°, and that’s just what you want in August in New Orleans, a hot room to sleep in. It was colder in the hallway than the rooms. There was a very stagnant mildew smell in the rooms. Every time we flushed our toilet it smelled like raw sewage. And we found a long black hair in our bedsheets. My husband is bald and I am blonde. Also, when you turn your vehicle over to valet, it’s pretty much no longer your vehicle. They will not let you keep your keys once the vehicle has been valet’d, nor will they let you ride to see where your vehicle will be parked, which is a block and half away on a completely different property. And if anyone is familiar with New Orleans, having your vehicle vandalized is completely the norm there. When we requested our vehicle for checkout it took 25mins to have it brought back to the hotel. This has been one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had.
