Wonderful hotel
Pros:

The front desk receptionists were super pleasant and very helpful. The room was comfortable with everything we needed for a three night stay. And you can't beat the location.
We had a wonderful stay.

Cons:

We liked it very much. There was nothing we disliked.

Big rooms in a good location

Some areas are a little tired and in need of some maintenance - no bottled water provided (not a deal breaker but worth knowing) - bathroom and some walls/furniture need a deep clean

A Very New Orleans type of hotel!
Pros:

Convenient location. Friendly, efficient front desk receptionist. Valet parking with in-out privileges was helpful and worth the additional expense. This boutique hotel has lots of charm.

Cons:

Next time we will try to book a room with windows. Our room was an interior room and felt like a closet, but for our short stay of two nights, it was good enough.

Gut gelegenenes Stadthotel für New Orleans Besuch, geht alles zu Fuß
Pros:

Hotel liegt nur durch die Canal Street vom French Quarter entfernt. Top Lage, aber auch nahe genug an der Waterfront. Würde immer ein Zimmer im CBD anstatt French Quarter empfehlen, da dort alles noch teurer ist und noch mehr Obdachlose herumhängen und es wesentlich lauter ist. Sehr gute Anbindung an den Interstate 10 zum Flughafen etc. Hotel bietet Valet Parking in einer Garage, 9.Stock ( = sicher für Mietwagen) für USD 50+ Tax mit unlimited in-and-out. Das haben wir genutzt, zumal, die umliegenden Garagen nicht wirklich deutlich günstiger sind. Frühstück gibt es nicht. Wer es amerikanisch mag, gibt es um die Ecke ein Restaurant. Wem dieses fettige amerikanische Essen zum Hals raushängt, der sollte unbedingt tm breads&pastries 335 Baronne Street, täglich ab 9h, nehmen, leckerste wirklich original französische Croissants und pain au chocolat etc., dazu sehr guten Kaffee, Sitzgelegenheiten vor Ort, auch draußen.
Hotelzimmer gut, groß genug, dass man 2 Koffer auf dem Boden öffnen kann. Zimmer sehr hoch, daher wird der Raum nicht stickig, so dass man die Klimaanlage auch auslassen kann, da diese idiotischerweise voll auf die Betten bläst.
Safe vorhanden.

Cons:

Schmale Badewanne mit dem üblichen alten Duschvorhang. Anders als selbst in günstigen Motels verläuft die Führungsschiene gerade, anstatt rund, sodass er ständig an einem klebt. Fehlkonstruktion.

Great stay, great room, great staff. All you need close by.
Pros:

Great room, incredible location! Easy to walk the french quarter from here. Breakfast was easy to decide. The Ruby Slipper every morning, our favorite in the city for breakfast was right next door. Staff was super friendly. Will be coming back definitely.

Cons:

Room service was a little hard to locate and coordinate.

Nice hotel, but due to several shortcomings, I will stay elsewhere next time.
Pros:

The hotel vibe was nice and different from other hotels I have stayed at in the area. The lobby was nice and cozy and my room was adequate and true to its description online.

Cons:

There was hardly any hot water and I had to take a cold shower 2 of the 3 days I was there. That sucked. All three mornings I was woken up before 8am hearing all the showers and/or running water from rooms above me. The last night before I left a group came in (sounded like they were staying on the floor above mine), about 3:30-4am and I could hear everything. It took them over an hour to stop talking, moving things around, showering, running the sink etc. I had to get up at 7am for my flight so that sucked. It was unfortunate because otherwise the hotel very extremely quiet and relaxing. Very unique hotel. I didn't mind there was no restaurant or bar, that front desk staff hours were limited, that depending which way you walked out from the hotel it was either safe or not so safe. But having not hot water for showers and hearing everyone else's showers and running water will keep me from rebooking this hotel again.

Welcoming hotel
Pros:

Clean, quiet and comfortable. Front desk was available all night and were very nice during stay. Valet 24 hrs.

Cons:

King suite was not sound proof… but it wasn’t loud at any point during stay.

No windows in the room was of concern to me,especially not finding out to after arriving at the hotel.. also the lighting in the room was not good.. no grab bar in the shower, all guest are not the same age.
