トイレとお風呂を区切るカーテン(?)を広げたら臭かった(生乾きみたいな)ので使用後は広げて乾くまでおいとくとかできたらいいなと思いました。

Great location but...
Pros:

Location was good. Close to subway. Location was very modern and staff were friendly. Especially the breakfast ladies. Breakfast was a surprise at how many options there were and everything was tasty.

Cons:

While location was modern and nice room was cramped, could not open luggage comfortably. Room should not have been sold as a double occupancy option. Bed was HARD. Almost impossible to sleep on.

Pros:

清潔、朝食付きなら安価

Cons:

スタッフさんが機械操作や受付に関して説明はしていたものの、お客様の質問に引いてしまっており、気持ちが表情に出てしまっているのに気付いていない様子でした。
他の東横インさんやこちらの男性スタッフさん、翌朝居たスタッフさんでは無かったので違いを感じました。
同じサービス業としてはもう少しだけ頑張ってほしい気持ちになりショックでした。翌朝も同じでお見送りでした。社内や身内には理由がある、と話は通るとは思いますが評価としては甘くないのが事実です。
