今回の宿泊で感じた思い
Pros:

川口駅改札口からホテル入口まで10分程で到着で便利でした。また部屋の清掃が綺麗でした。

Cons:

フロントの女性の案内が事務的で案内時の会話で優しさ温かみが感じられなかった。何度か他の系列のホテルを利用していますが、他の施設では感じた事がない感じを受けた。朝食も前回宿泊した際がまあまあだったが、メニュー内容がさみしかった。ご飯には納豆、卵類のおかず、梅干位はあってもいいのでは？と感じました。
