Das Frühstück war gut, ebenso das Restaurant zum Abendessen.

Cons:

Sehr in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel, einfach und zweckmäßig, aber nicht komfortabel. Keine Klimaanlage.
Das Hotel liegt zwar am See, aber die Straße dazwischen stört, auch geräuschmässig.

Pros:

Goed hotel aan het meer van Luzern. Makkelijk bereikbaar met de auto. Parkeren op het terrein. Goed ontbijt. Goede bedden.

Cons:

Fors betalen voor het parkeren, was kennelijk niet inbegrepen. Verder ligt de autoweg tussen het hotel en het meer. Dat betekent dat als je op terras of balkon zit, je weliswaar een fantastisch uitzicht hebt, maar ook steeds het verkeer hoort.

Overall it was ok.

Cons:

The breakfast could have been better , though I don’t have big complains about that.

One thing I didn’t like is the behaviour of restaurant manager. The way she was talking was very unpleasant. I see many other guests felt the same.

Super location, below par staff.
Pros:

It looked better or worse, depending on the building you stayed. Super wonderful location, though, but very expensive for what it offered.

Cons:

I think my worst frustration was with the staff, absolutely not caring about their guests's needs.
