Dat mijn klacht serieus genomen werd en dat de vriendelijke medewerkster zonder problemen mijn geld terug gaf.

Cons:

De kamer was schandalig uitgeleefd, letterlijk alles is kapot, alles was vuil, ronduit ranzig gewoon. Dit is geen hotel maar een opvangcentrum. Te schandalig om dit als een hotelkamer aan te bieden.

Matige hygiene, veel drukte rondom hotel, restaurant was gesloten, geen afgesloten fietsenhok, maar we mochten de fietsen wel binnen in een ruimte zetten. Wel erg veel lampen in de kamer, fel licht
