Horrible, complete with bed bugs and police/ambulance in the middle of the night - never again!

Everything was bad - I mean, I guess the front desk staff was...decent, at best... but couldn't really do anything. Including when I reached out to Booking.com to complain. We went through 3 different rooms all with different cleanliness and maintenance issues. Mystery stains, roaches, furniture falling apart, the lobby and in front of the elevator on our floor was wet for some reason (definitely not because it had been mopped), trashcans were overflowing, the hallway smelled like marijuana and me and my spouse ended up with itchy inflamed bites - front bed bugs, fleas, or something. Absolutely Disgusting! I will neve stay at this location or a Clarion again.

I booked for a week and the last three days there was no hot water no explanation just every day thwy was working on it nothing promising and it should have been my money credited back at least half and then I was going to extend it to a suite which should have been a free update but no thwy was charging still 165 a night with NO HOT WATER IN THE BUILDING and no day or time it will be fixed!! Cold showers and the worked didnt care! I had to reclean my room when I arrived because they didn’t clean it properly and the floor was still dirty I had to clean that as well!! After that I banned them from coming into my room during my stay.

Cons:

Room was not cleaned properly and then no hot water for 3days sad. And I called corporate!

Cons:

Drug addicts looking into my vehicle, I had to call police. The hotel smelled like Marijuana, only one elevator was functional. My room had some type of stain on the wall that housekeeping did not bother to clean. I requested a refund and purchased lodging at the Marriott.

Worst hotel ever experienced, I travel a lot.

Requested extra blankets. Only one was brought, maid, said she would bring another, she never returned. Toilet seat falling off, bathroom bottom of door extremely rotted, peephole wad completely missing.You could see right through into our room, said they would fix, never did,we had to plug it w tissue Carpets were dirty, and food was crushed into it. No coffee available in the lobby machine was locked. Desk told my husband he could not take food to our room. When walking into the hallways, it smelled like marijuana. All the time. Never experience this kind of service for Clarion Hotel. I will be returning to Baltimore again, but I will not come here.

Horrible there was obvious prostitution happening in and out of that hotel.. My husband stayed with my 14-year-old son and felt very unsafe. They stayed in the road the whole time.
