The lady at reception when I checked in was lovely.
The room was old and unmaintained - holes in the wall, paint peeling off the walls. Aircon/heating didn't work. Shower head was old and sprayed in all different directions and water pressure was terrible. Beds and pillows were uncomfortable. Walls paper thin - could hear word for word what was being said in room next door. Tv channels didn't work.
Rooms very old but comfortable still not fit my 200 doltbond back yet

Dirty mouldy room
The breakfast was good.
We had room service walk into our room when we hadn’t ordered anything, was a very inappropriate time to walk in. They just strolled in whilst I was in the bathroom taking a shower. They continued to stay and ask questions to my partner when it was clearly not the right time. My partner also had the maintenance man walk in on her whilst she was in the female lobby bathroom and was very awkward. Our passenger seat in the car had also been adjusted which we found quite strange as we got valet parking.
Friendly staff, very close to everything
Beds were hard, heating didn’t heat, no fan in bathroom/toilet area, buffet breakfast was incredibly disappointing, very overpriced stay for what it is
