I probably would not stay at this location again as it is very old and dated

The reception staff were very helpful with questions relating to the "CAT" bus service and in general

Cons:

BATHROOM: I had to request to have the MOULD to be cleaned from the bathroom area. To get into the bath was difficult especially for my mother aged in her 80's. To put your towel on the towel rack back in the bath tub area is ridiculous because then you get wet feet again and also very difficult to reach even for a younger person. Very bad design!
They did offer a free breakfast which in my view is not value for money.
I also paid an extra $99 to stay until 7 pm which I thought was very expensive but was told was half the usual room fee. If this could be refunded that would be appreciated.
The price that I paid for this location is too much for the age of the property.
The lifts did not have the floor numbers noted on 2 of the lifts - I did advise the reception.
OVERALL the PRICE POINT is TOO MUCH for this property - Happy to be refunded for some of my stay

Was enjoyable for the price I paid.
Pros:

Rubbish in the shower before we used it.
