Pros:

Even though dated and in need of a spruce up the hotel was clean and comfortable.

Pros:

Location was good. Breakfast spread was decent.

Cons:

The room was dusty, we sat on the floor to open our luggages, we stood up and saw dusts on our pants. The bath tub was not cleaned. There were strands of hair in the tub and the hot water was running rusty brown in color. There were no conceirge to assist us with our bags on our arrival. Tried to call for frontdesk but could not get through.

Pros:

パース駅まで徒歩圏内で、立地が良いので歩いて観光に行けたところ。朝食も美味しかった。
また別の併設カフェがありいつでもパスタやコーヒーを楽しめたのは良かったです。

Cons:

ベッドサイドにコンセントがなくて残念でした。あと、初冬に宿泊したので朝晩が少し肌寒く暖房がなかった事。しかし、毛布は追加で用意してくれたので就寝時は温かく過ごさせて貰いました。

Pros:

The breakfast was good, also the people attending in there

Cons:

the attention of some people on the reception. No body helps with the luggage. My wife had to grab 3 big luggage plus 4 small luggages by herself and the people just looking

It was ok, but not great.
Pros:

The staff were friendly and it was easy to check in and book my car for valet service.

Cons:

We were placed on floor 1, which must be the laundry floor as there were carts all along the hallway with towels and bedding. The view outside, was of a planter box full of dead plants, and it was noisy from the street life outside. The shower was broken, with water leaking out of the faucet.

Excellent.
Pros:

An indifferent property

seems like the rooms offer a good overall experience.

Cons:

I feel that the buffet for breakfast was a little lacking. I had attended at approximately 8am on one day and the content of the hot food including scrambled eggs had run out. During my stay that there was no effort to replenish or on the day before I was the last person to eat the eggs and no effort to replenish was made.
A breakfast buffet without an offering of coffee I feel is not a good look. I have been to cheaper hotels and the buffet breakfast was significantly better than your hotel offered.

Pros:

Our stay was extremely disappointing. The hotel is very outdated and poorly maintained. The room felt dirty and cheap, and the shower was in terrible condition, with noticeable chips and damage to the bath. And not to mention the bath was very slippery. Not the best when you have kids. Also we reserved the room for a family of four, yet we were only provided with 2 large towels, very frustrating.

To make matters worse, when we returned to the hotel that evening to shower our children, there was no hot water. The staff failed to mention this issue when we dropped our car keys off for the car to be parked. It was only raised when I brought it up at checkout the following morning, and the response was “We thought the water problem had been resolved, but it turns out it hadn’t. We have someone fixing it now.” "Can I offer you a coffee?"

That is simply not acceptable, for the price we paid we could have stayed somewhere far more comfortable, cleaner and better maintained.

The Mercure felt more like a motel than a hotel. Needless to say, we will not be returning nor recommending.
