Pros:

Great stay! The staff was super helpful and let us check in early. Loved the hotel bar and restaurant with its great Happy Hour. Highly recommend!

Everything great but valet. Wish they had a better bar service.
Pros:

The location was wonderful. Very large room and clean! Nice amenities.

Cons:

The valet staff was non-existent. We had to wait and search for help. Our car was forgotten outside the hotel for hours. They had forgotten to document the room number associated with our car, so it literally sat outside in the valet area for hours. We actually saw them,by chance, looking through our car, trying to figure out who it belonged to. Since we luckily were passing by at the time we could tell them it was ours and what room we were in. Bad service.

Pros:

Breakfast was way overpriced so we did not use it. For the price we paid per night it really should be included

Cons:

The 'gym' was very poor - website says that there is a treadmill - there isn't ...dont book this hotel for gym usage!!
Also suggest that for the price include breakfast - or at least at a price that may encourage people to have it!

Was really excited to stay here, as we are seasoned travelers, however, some staff queered that!
Pros:

The restaurant was very good. The hotel staff, especially Jacquline was excellent, however, there were a few staff members that unfortunately treated the "booking.com" user as a second class guest. Room on the street to a room near the service elevator and not always treated the same as other direct paying guests. This is unfortunate because this behavior could potentially kill the desire to stay again. "Booking.com" does not reflect a persons exposure nor their means! Every guest should be treated with the upmost respect and desire to please or the service behind the desk should find a different industry to work in; hospitality may not be their "thing."

Perfect location, wonderful staff.
Pros:

We loved our stay at The Whitney! The room was so comfortable and the amenities were great. We see a few times in the restaurant and it was wonderful. The staff were so friendly and welcoming.

It has to be the best hotel in Boston
Pros:

A beautiful Hotel.
Fabulous rooms and incredible beds.
Perfect location for visiting Boston and the sites.
