Very nice and elegant hotel with friendly staff. Cosy indoor and outdoor dining area. The hotel is situated next to the jogging trail by Charles River which is great for morning runs. Short walk to cafes and restaurants and the parks. I highly recommend this hotel.
From the moment we arrived, it was clear this was no ordinary stay. The staff went above and beyond in every sense, warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in making every guest feel at home. It is rare to encounter a team that strikes such a perfect balance between professionalism and personal touch, but they managed it effortlessly.
The room itself was impeccable. Thoughtfully appointed, spotlessly clean, and quietly luxurious in all the right ways , the kind of space you find yourself not wanting to leave.
And the location? Simply ideal. Everything we needed was within easy reach, yet the hotel itself felt like a calm retreat from the bustle of the city.
We will absolutely be returning. Highest possible recommendation.

We loved everything about this hotel—location, amenities, comfort, decor, etc. Our family of four fit comfortably in a two bed room and had a great time meandering around Beacon Hill, then walking to Chinatown. If you’re traveling to Boston, you can’t go wrong with a stay at the Whitney!
