The staff were amazing. It was a lovely central location and they accommodated my request for a quiet room. The bar and food were excellent. The room was spacious and cold and I felt safe staying there as a solo female traveller.
Just a minor thing was that you could hear noise in the corridors and from the room above. It was OK but just reflects the 9 rather than 10 stars.

The location and room were fine.
The food in the dining room was poor. Dinner was extremely salty and had a bad taste. Waitstaff was mediocre.

Wonderful staff and management. Created a home from home. Went out of their way to be accommodating and helpful. Would not have survived gruelling work schedule without their support.
Food options (apart from breakfast) at the restaurant. They had such a wonderful menu before, italian inspired which is always loved including pasta pomodore and kale caesar.

The location was fantastic. It was centrally located for walking to all activities we were interested in. Freedom trail, north end, wharf, and we were right by the Charles River Esplanade for fireworks and Boston Pops. The room was very clean and had plenty of room. Service was exceptional and staff was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.
