Lage gut, der Rest leider gar nicht

Die Lage war gut für einen LA Städtetrip, um alles gut mit dem Bus zu erreichen. Die geteilten Waschräume waren soweit sauber genug.

Cons:

Keine Klimaanlage im Zimmer, teils sehr unfreundliches Personal, sehr hellhörig. Das erste Zimmer im ersten Stock war so unerträglich warm und hat unangenehm gerochen, dass es nicht auszuhalten war. Daraufhin habe ich ins Erdgeschoss gewechselt. Der Rollladen in meinen zweiten Zimmer war kaputt und konnte nicht geschlossen werden, dadurch keinerlei Privatsphäre, da das Zimmer im Erdgeschoss direkt am Parkplatz des Hotels lag, den Tag über direkte Sonneneinstrahlung ohne Klimaanlage zum ausgleichen und nachts viel zu hell durch das Licht vom Parkplatz.

We had a terrible experience at Ocean Park Hotel. On our last night, before a long day of driving, the smoke alarm started making a loud noise every 25 seconds for no reason, making it impossible to sleep. There was no reception staff available at night. I contacted the hotel to request a refund for that night and provided video evidence, but received no response. Completely ignored. Very disappointing customer service and a lack of respect for guests.

Their replies to Google reviews also seem generic and don’t really address guests’ concerns. Complete lack of care for their guests.

Check in bol rýchly. Možnosť parkovania vo dvore. Možnosť objednať si jedlo na izbu. Kúsok od hotela je zastávka autobusu č8. s ktorým sa dá odviezť k pláži v Santa Monice - dá sa platiť kartou. Spali sme tu jednu noc a mali sme izbu s vlastnou kúpeľňou. Na jednu noc to stačí.

Cons:

Na izbe bolo neskutočne teplo. Žiadna klimatizácia len ventilátor na strope, nedalo sa vôbec spať. Človek vyšiel zo sprchy a bol okamžite znovu spotený. Keby som tu mala stráviť viac ako jeden deň, tak sa upečiem.

Chambre en arrière #9 tres chaud dans la.chambre. petite chambre aussi mais propre. On m'a prête un ventilateur mais la chaleur m'a fait passe 2 mauvaises nuits et je dors dur....

Pourrait avoir une meilleure note si

Cons:

Les douches communes ne fermaient pas à clef et il n’y avait rien pour poser les affaires. C’est dommage car sinon globalement le séjour était très bien.

Ubicación no muy lejos de Santa Mónica. Habitación limpia. Barrio tranquilo. Ducha grande. Cama muy cómoda. Tiene nevera y articulos de aseo y te dan tapones de oidos.

Cons:

No había aire acondicionado (cosa que ya informan, pero sí tenian un ventilador aunque a primeros de septiembre habia un calor humedo durante el día difícil de soportar, pero por la noche es más llevadero. Habitación justita de espacio si llevas equipaje grande.
