Clean, comfortable and ideal for conference centre
Pros:

Very close to the conference centre and U bahn stations Messestadt West or Ost, and a shopping centre with 2 supermarkets and pharmacy.
Clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. Beds super comfortable, very big shower. The black out shutters and the quietness of the area meant a good nights sleep. Secure access to both the building and the apartment.
I found communication with the company excellent too.
I would stay there again.

Cons:

We were very happy with it. Very light sleepers might struggle with the noise of the fridge going off and on but it didn’t bother us.

Pros:

The proximity to the underground station was very close. The owner was always reachable and helpful.
There is a cafe on the ground floor where you can grab a coffe and some breakfast. Nearest supermarket is 6-7 minutes by foot.

Cons:

The mattress was not very comfortable for me, and there was no exhaust in the kitchen.

goed apartement dicht bij veel voorzieningen, alleen wel gehoorig.
Pros:

Je eigen mini huisje. Voorzien van badkamer Keukentje en een goed bed. lokatie tot de Messe is heel goed en de bakker benenden is een groote plus

Cons:

Apartement is erg warm zelfs als je verwaarming uitdoet. gelukig kan de raam open maar dan heb je laast van de buren die op de balkoon zitten en erg veel lawaai maken.
