La cosa peggiore che mi ha convinto lasciare questa recensione è stato l’odore di muffa che ho respirato continuamente
Non so da quanto non prendeva aria quella camera
Scopro le lenzuola e trovo le righe di umidità anche sul copriletto, segno che indica il fatto che quella camera non era usata da tanto tempo e le lenzuola nemmeno sostituite.
Al mattino alle 9:30, dopo che sono tornato da un bar esterno nel quale ho fatto colazione, mi viene offerta la colazione nonostante mi avessero visto due ore prima uscire dalla camera.
Preciso che la colazione l’avevo inclusa, ma non è un problema
Mi è capitato più volte di chiudere un occhio su tanti punti di vista, ma una cosa non tollero: l’odore di muffa, dato che non è un semplice odore, ma le micro spore rilasciate nell’aria hanno ben altri effetti
We liked the location and the staff was friendly. We didn't take the breakfast but it smelled delicious and was freshly cooked.
There were moths that lay eggs into our clothes and it could have been a bit cleaner.

部屋は清潔で、シャワーのお湯もしっかり出ます。何よりスタッフの女性がとても親切で快適に滞在できました。朝食も毎朝その場で調理してくれた出来立てを食べられます。場所もレストラン、マッサージ店、クリーニング店が近く、便利です。

The hotel is amazing for what you pay for! Clean rooms, friendly staff and a decent breakfast. We were welcomed with big smiles and were informed on all the things we could have needed to know to experience Hue. We were supplied drinking water and the room was cleaned as and when we wanted it to be. The hotel is in a great location surrounded by cafes, restaurants, bars and any other business you’d need.
L' emplacement parfait dans une ruelle tranquille mais juste à côté des rues animés. À 20min à pied de la citadelle. Grab 30 000. Location scooter, linge.
Nous avons également pu réserver le bus de nuit pour Tam Coc à l hôtel.

It was quiet
The hotel is not as advertised here, for example:
- No terrace
- No kettle in the room
- No 24h reception. When I had to check out in the morning nobody was there and nobody reachable at the displayed number.
When you pay by card they charge you 5% more. This should at least be announced before booking so customers can prepare and maybe bring cash.
